Not really, Guy was Meterless and it's obvious the only way the jump attack would have whiffed is if Meterless Guy would backdash.

i'm no expert but this seems like a tough matchup for gouken since guy has so many anti-fireball tech and pressure at his disposal....

Like I said, it seemed to be jitters or lag. I do the same online I will drop combos due to a few factors unless it is something new and I will just drop it because I don't have the muscle memory.
guys are a better player, infact if he didn't get scared and went passive in some of his games all he had to do is keep pressing him and add MORE overheads he could've dominated even more
