the fact that your ears keep getting infected while wearing earrings means you arent cleaning your ears properly. My dad does tattoos and piercings and her advice for cleaning them is literally to just use dial soap and warm water which works since from 3rd to 7th grade I had earrings. I took them out and just forgot to get them put back in since my dad was holding onto them for me but if you look closely at my ears you can still see where they were after nearly 10 years
