Very true. I decided to voluntarily resign from my govt. teacher job after putting in one year in it. It dawned on me later that it was my right decision. I am happier, although I was compelled to resign for some reasons.I was a little depressed for some time. Now I feel that it was wise of me to resign from job.

Yesterday night i have resigned from my job due to same reason mam you told.I was never happy there, 24×7 work hour, full of ego managers. I also don't have any plan now but i am gonna do something which i like d most, never compare with others and find my own time to do task. Means full of happiness !!

KUDOS MAM and numerous thanks for taking us one step closer to what we are actually seeking rather than what is being forcefully imposed on each one of us, while chasing obnoxious dreams of sumptuous cars, house and fake status set by the society I individually think we have been oscillating away from being kind to plants and animals. We tend to forget that as human beings we have certain values, ethos and morals towards the other beings. While living and chasing our dreams we often imagine ourselves superior than the rest. We don't at times forget to acknowledge that this very food that we eat, house we live and even bicycle that takes us to places everything is made of this very earth, we don't own anything of our own. We deny the fact that Nature/Bhagwan has paid as much attention to create a microbe as he has paid to create we human beings. Everything that we humans think we have invented has already there in nature wehave just found it. My vocab isn't at all capable of the amount of blessing you are putting across to all of us ..mam your videos are truly benevolent and will transform many lives. may Bhagwan always keep you healthy and happy for being who you are.

I also resigned from my Govt. Job as PGT at school in 2015 n satisfied now with no earnings doing household chores....in 2012 while cleaning books Almira in my home I saw a book on Bhagwat Geeta by Vinoba Bhave ji ..my father used to read that book n other books by Swami Vivekanand ,Swami Dyanand n other spiritual books....my father was also an IAS officer in Haryana ...being inspired by such great books he was very honest....we were children at that time ...I always say to my father sh. VIJAY KUMAR honesty etc. Sab kitabi baatein h ..we should be practical but after reading Geeta I started admiring my late father not because he is my father but he gave me such a priceless gift Geeta ..but never got the chance to thank him as he died of cancer 15 years ago....my point is that we should have Geeta , Upnishadas etc.in our homes as after reading these books life looks just like play n we really feel light ,peaceful after reading such books

I had resigned from HPCL a decade ago for similar reasons.... Though I got another equivalent PSU job after some wait.... But i still feel that HPCL was not bad.

शायद हर ईंटलेक्चुअल, ऊच्च और गहन विचार वाले व्यक्ती के साथ ऐसा होता है. वे हर रोजमर्रा के व्यावहारिक कामों से जल्दी उकता जाते है और धीरे धीरे जीवन के परम ऊद्द्येश्य/सच्ची खुशी वाले प्रश्न पर आ पंहुंचते है. उसे ढुंढने/प्राप्त करने की ओर आगे बढते है..!
ये बात शायद सर्वसामान्य व्यक्तीयों की विचारशक्ती/आकलन शक्ती से बाहर होती है और वे रोजमर्रा के कामकाजों में व्यस्त होकर खुश होते है..!

I became v impressed by ur message that how u left ur prestigious & reputed job.while in starting of ur talk I was thinking there must be touch of Osho in ur life & I was right when u qote Osho. God exists in danger, risk & insecurity says Osho. I'm listening, reading, enjoying & meditating with journey with Osho. With same time I deeply appreciate ur courage & taking risk of financial insecurity. Deep down u might have tasted the devine silence, bliss & egolessness. After many years I listened true ethantic talk on RUclips which will help so many for inner growth. I must share one thing that knowing about bliss & becoming bliss r 2 different aspects. Mam very good morning. Very inspiring and motivating words of yours. Actually I flied with a parachute in search of happiness but after taking VRS I forgot about the parachute and devoted maximum time in search of happiness. Meanwhile my parachute got deactivated. For a certain period of time I had started comparing myself with my close friends who were not as competent and successful as I was but after retirement I observed those friends started going away from me and tried to make me realize that I am nothing in front of them. But I agree with the 3 things rather very very important things to be kept in mind in order to be happy. 99 percent of my colleagues were shocked about my taking vrs and advised not to even think of it but I was so excited about my own freedom which is a key to happiness that I didn't even bother a little. This comparison part made me a little confused and restlessness for a certain period of time and thought that a close and good friend is very important and an essential part of one's happiness but as I started realizing that those who I thought to be one started going away and I was left alone and again started my own journey of my own. And to my surprise walking alone with your own self is so encouraging and satisfying that it is the real experience. Literally I cried . But later when I realized that walking alone and becoming stronger than them has only been possible because of their parting from me. I made calls and thanked them for that.
Listening to your words gave me the enthusiasm to put my experience on paper.
Now listening to your story I spoke to my self that walking along in search of happiness is not a wrong decision after taking VRS. Thank you.

Tab shri Krishna ne kaha bhakti se, tapsya se , jap se mujh tak pahuch sakte ho par sabse jaldi mujh tak pahuchne ka rasta Karm ka palan hai...su-karm se mujhe jaldi paoge....Arjun ka karm tha un Adharmi ke kilaf yudh karna jisse woh shri Krishna ko paa lenge...waise hi hum kuch karm ko purn karne ke liye iss dharti pe aur hai...apka karm hai responsibility ko lena aur Seva bhav se apna karm palan karna...isse bhagwan apse khush hounge aur apke karmic karz khatam ho jayenge....sahi raste pe rahiye apne karm ka palan kijiye ap usse bhi bhagwan ko payenge phir apke mann mein ye dubhidha nahi rahegi ki karm karein ya bhakti kiyuki KARM hi PARAM bhakti hai aur mann ko santusti Dene wali hai....ham dukhi tab hotei hai jab dharm ka palan na karein aur external factors se vichalit ho jaye....Krishna ji ka advice par dhyan dein...apko rasta mil jayega...aur ye bhi samjh ayega ki Sansaar mein sab manushya ka karm path alag alag hai par pahuchna ek Jajah hi hai

I appreciate your courage. I have been working for the past 23 years. I have everything in terms of material wealth but no FREEDOM and no TIME. At times I wonder is this life? I have been planning to quit but not being able to as I have always been financially independent. Now my son is working but then I worry about my daughter and have been working for her. In case I run short of money for her education and marriage.

I, m exactly in same situation, feeling got stucked, don, t know what I want to do, exactly not in condition to quit my job as gynaecologist at district hospital, andas well as not feeling happy and satisfied to continue my job at govt senario. I am totally satisfied now and i got that position after miracle that happened one day. Now I am completely detached from material things, no comparison with any one, all time happy. If you want that mental strength in your life you have to love God, nature, animal and all human beings. This journey is very tough to become budh but i got that after 5 years of struggle with my mind, by chanting mantra, by calling God with tears in my eyes. Suffering, unsatisfied situation is all about feeling. When you detach your feelings with mind, you will become drishta. Now you can see suffering, hear suffering but you will not feel anything. In our body two things are there one is ego and another one is soul. When your body rest in ego. You will become unsatisfied all the time always comparing with other, greed, anger, money, power. But when your body completely establish in your soul you will become budh free from compare, greed, anger. Your mind will become completely peacefull all the time. You will have great love for God, animal, plants, human beings and complete nature.
Hats off to you. I am also doing same. After listening ur story, I was feeling it's my story.
Madam don't you think society is in need of talent like you but resigning mean neglecting your social accountability so far your inborn genius is concern. Whom do you expect well beingness of society ? Society is going to be face deficiency of such talent in its process of well-beingness.

Everyone is not so free to do what he want and achieve happiness. You hve yr responsibility for which u need money.Its not necessary for everyone that u will get money also with happiness. So u need to choose the way which is give u money to complete yr responsibilities.coz the final aim yr life is not only yr happiness but to complete yr responsibility also. In that case u can only take such decisions to find out yr happiness only u are financially strong to fulfill yr responsibility also.Otherwise u need to give priority to yr responsibility first which may take yr entire life.
I am a teacher in bihar government.I got always average 52% in matric, inter, BA. I am preparing for civil service but now a days selecting 95% IITian in civil service, I am hopeless that how will I achieve my goal. I'm very poor student. Please give me suggestions. 🙏🙏

No one want to do work.. Everyone wants freedom and enjoyment in life but one thing we should have to remember that Money is also important... I know happiness and money is two different things.. But you can't be happy with empty pockets.. After 30 you will be the Head of your family, your family totally depends on you.. Leaving such a prestigious service needs a lot of courage.. Hat's off to you..
My uncle was in BARC he resigned from the organisation because at that time he was not feeling good in city like Mumbai.. Now his friends taking 40k per month pension.. And my uncle is doing labour work.. He still regrets that decision.. Everyone life is different so think twice before leaving your job..
you need to earn to support your family.. Think what you will do after leaving your job (Remember competition is very high in every field) happiness is necessary in life but money is equally important you need to balance both
