Fun fact - the reason your stitch marker finders tarnish faster while sat in a project bag is because wool gives off Sulfer as it ages, which is a component in silver tarnish (silver sulfide). It is a beautiful sweater in a beautiful color. I always tell myself that I will read the whole pattern before I start but I never do and when I get stuck I start talking it thru at my husband and he just looks at me like I'm insane and then I stare at it trying to decide what I want to do about it. always a fun adventure on anything I make esp with my tendencies to get distracted between bouts of hyper-focus

We 🇨🇦 have been dealing with incredible heat and humidity for a couple of weeks now I have been hyperactively switching between all the WIPs and cast on mittens (in summer, it makes no sense. I know) Also! Just started my first Magpie Tendency in my advent full skein from 2019. I'll probably join in the hashtag for the MAL, but it feels misleading to submit it for the draw
Oh, yes. I could never knit in the theater with someone other than my husband sitting next to me. I love booking our seats in the back corner so I can sit on the outside with no one sitting behind me. I hate strangers sitting behind me.

i have a book rest called "the bookseat" that works really well to hold a physical book while i am knitting.
