I heard there is a lot of yelling and some sleep deprivation. They have to put you through stressful environments so you don't fold under the pressure when you're rescuing someone.
Mark, would doing watercon in ABU’s be worth it for increasing my volume for underwater waterconfidence drills? Or should I focus more on things like brick treating and lap tracers?
Hey Richard, I don’t know what ABUs are, but in A school water confidence is done in a thin T shirt and UDT shorts. Water confidence consist of various types of under water swims, drown proofing and break swimming for the most part

Richard, we do water confidence in standard swim PT gear, I would focus standard under water laps, brick treading etc
