Very informative.
Just one point, instead of Cotton Tees, prefer Synthetic/Polyster tees as cotton retains more sweat. It becomes real uncomfortable, real fast.

Hi actually I wanted to know about the tests before going on the trek...and whom to contact for the trek?
First and foremost, you're looking extremely gorgeous especially in that top/dress.
Secondly, I have seen the chader blog earlier and it was the best. I could literally hear you sob and wail in the bonus outro (ie., If I remember it correctly)

@@umeshkokane3555 it was my first trekk as well. However, i would suggest to workout for two-three weeks. Extreme cold is the biggest challange on the trekk. So make sure you pack well.

Hey? I would like to know that as you mentioned buying your jacket and boots at the local keh market so what if we buy it from our place or what would you suggest us to buy it from?
Hey Radhika the down jacket which you have mentioned is actually a padded jacket and not up to the mark under 5°c and instead of ski jacket and the quechua paded jacket you mentioned we can opt for a proper down jacket from Decathlon along with a wind proof jacket or waterproof from Wildcraft Or Decathlon.
Sorry, did not get you? The ski jacket that I mentioned is windproof, waterproof and is from Wedze (sold by Decathlon too)
Down jacket is not supposed to be bulky, that is why layering comes in place.
@@Radhika_Nomllers exactly down jacket is not supposed to be bulky. I'm saying the one which you mentioned is a not a down jacket rather it's a padded jacket, the actual down jacket costs more than padded jacket and it's more warmer
Ohhh okay not sure! Decathlon says it is a down jacket and my experience has been good with it in Chadar.

How do you take videos and pics in such extreme climate? I mean which camera or cell phone works in such climate for videography.. pls advise
One thing which is obvious is that, you need to be physically strong for such trips, so my question to you is-
Were you physically strong from the time when you were a kid or you have worked on strength building?
I was into sports during my school days. However, I had to work a lot on strength building later as I put on a lot of weight so haha! I think mix of both.
