This Easter morning, I'm again, moved by this musical masterpiece, that really grabs a hold of the inner spirit, and reaffirms the promise of resurrection, and redemption, through the brutal sacrifice and spilling of blood, by the spotless Lamb of God, Jesus. I am ever so thankful, that the story did not end there, but then illuminated the darkness, when the Word made flesh, rose from the dead, and fulfilled His promise! Glory, Glory, Hallelujah!~
I've listened to this so many times, but the end never fails to run chills down my spine.
Can’t not cry during last 2 min... which makes it awkward on elliptical machine at workout place 😀👍

@@Goddigger777 yeah I concur. I actually bought the book series that movie is based on. Jesus IS very Alive and Very Real. The Savior and redeemer loves us all and sacrificed himself for us. Praise the Lord.
I like to listen to only the first 2 minutes on Good Friday. Then listen to the rest on Easter Sunday.
It's so sad that some people out there do not believe or refuse to believe there is a Jesus the savior, Messiah, Redeemer... All because they say "There's No Proof" "Show Me the Proof" when there is documented evidence of his existence. I truly feel sorry for those lost people.

Romeo is a gifted musician, no doubt. It is personal preference. But, Matt is doing it for Jesus and His glory; Michael is doing it for himself and for his own glory. Who is rewarded in the end? Matt is the real deal.
IMO, Matt's musicianship, particularly in his vocal work and writing, is unbeatable.

This is one of the best songs I know as "rising towards the end". Matt Smith, perfection as a songwriter, singer and a musician. Amazing.
If you like that style, you definitely should check out their 22-minute epic, Mirror of Souls. This song is like a condensed version of that song. I've heard a lot of incredible music in my life but I still consider Mirror of Souls to be the pinnacle of human music. Nothing has ever beat it IMO.

In these days of darkness and unknown we just need to remember it is the season of new beginning...We Celebrate that Jesus Has Risen giving us hope that we too will rise as we sing praise to Our Lord
As Easter 2021 rapdily approaches I find myself listening to this song more and more. One of the most phenomenal tracks ever written celebrating the most important moment in human history. Jesus died for us and rose again! In him we will one day be raised, uncorruptible, to live forever in Glory with our Saviour!
