For anyone wondering, it took until 2:56 for Andy to sound like he was in physical pain at one of Mike’s design choices.
I love that Andy's reaction to Mike playing Two Point Hospital, is almost identical to Andy's reaction to Mike playing Hitman. Just continuous variations on "What? No, you're doing it wrong!"

I love how mike was so reluctant to put more than one radiator in the entire hospital, but didn't hesitate a second to put one feet away from the arcade cabinet
After all these years, I'm still impressed that Mike has the unique ability to fundamentally break the mechanics and intention of even the most innocuous game.

Alright, Andy, enough backseat hospital designing; next video it's your turn, and you can amaze us all with your lack of ghost/plant corridors ;P (Genuinely though, I would love to see the results of both Andy and Jane taking a turn at the controls of this chaos.)
Based on the number of long dead-end corridors in this hospital, I'm now convinced Mike was the one who built the last doctor's office I was in.

Super excited this is out on Console! I bought it on Steam a while back only to find out that my computer can't run it because the hardware inside is all like 13 years old, LOL.
To be fair to Mike and the radiator in the bathroom thing, being cold does make you have to pee. It's your kidneys pulling excess fluids from your body to help conserve heat.
Medically, it's called cold diuresis!

I think that I can suspect where this is going.
While I can say nothing about the accuracy of hospital management, trying to Tetris rooms and shifting stuff around so you can get your 3x3 office is exactly how construction engineering works.

The first five minutes is the most accurate representation of healthcare clinics I've ever seen.
I yelled, “HIRE MORE NURSES!!” so many times, I was so physically uncomfortable but I kept watching....
I almost screamed at the screen every time they complained some room or machine wasn't being used because they hadn't thought to staff it.
I like how the emergency patients have the little siren lights above them like Theme Hospital.

The only way this hospital could be more like Mike is if there were explosions. Ghosts and dead stuff, check. Clowns, check. Everything kinda going wrong, check.
Dunno abt for console but certain levels in the campaign fit the criteria of 'explosions'

So, on this hospital, when people are near death, they DO see a brightly lit long tunnel followed by a permanent out-of-body experience.
There may be ghosts floating around but the real horror here is the money managment
