I don't think the Police vocal is that great. It sounds like a bad acapella been mixed slightly too loud in the mix. I'd of loved it if he had used Ashcrofts vocal in it. Richard has so much heart and soul in that vocal and it's a classic, takes you to a different time in your life type of song, much in the same way as Colin Hays and Down Under is. Still I like it but I was getting a little bord at the sting vocal by the end.
