Not in trash, no search results, not in earlier versions, not in activities pane, not in my drive, not in renamed, this file is gone. I downloaded it and Google just saved the earliest copy. Why I have no idea the only answer I have is they just don't like me. 70 minutes of work gone.

This did not solve my issue ;/ Only one shared drive, which I created does not show files. The files are there they can be searched, it is also huge. So if im looking for service information and I do not know the file name it is improbable to search the right field to bring up all related information that should be contained in each folder in the shared drive.
When you move a file to a folder in Drive , why does the file still appear on the home tab/screen (always feels like the file was never moved). Can you help
Thank you very much. I was in quite a panic. Your advice re: checking the activity pane saved me. I didn't know that feature was there. I have no idea why my most important file simply vanished and was not in any trash bin, etc.
Hey there, looking for some additional help, if possible. Yesterday I logged into my Google Drive, I'm the only owner and user and share nothing with no one.
The first thing I was presented with, was that the drive was full. I knew this, so began downloading and back-upping files - *_But deleted absolutely nothing._*
Decided to continue today, I logged on, this time the screen was different, the drive still says that it's full, and when I want to see the files there, *the whole list doesn't even get to be 5% of the drive capacity,* not to mention that I can't seem to be able to find the files I was working on yesterday, no matter how many places I look into. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
I've checked that there is no file in trash, spam, drive but it is still used 2.45gb.
When I'm into " clean up space", there shows 2gb in large files, but when I click, there's nothing

What do I do if Google straight deleted my stuff. I don’t know when it happened
I recently went astray and tried to fix something on google account because I kept getting a window that said some files don't download or open. So I was directed to change my Google file to Google.old and reboot. Now I have no bookmarks and other shortcuts. What do I do now?
I have files that I can access offline but I can’t attach them to an email through Gmail???? Any help is much appreciated.

Shrink the screen by holding down the window logo and the left arrow. Open a new window with this site and click the window button and the right arrow. Now they are open on the screen side by side. Watch the left and pause when needed and work on the right screen.
