Slovenian here. For more context of who Veronika was, basically she was a woman who fell in love with Frederick the second, the Count of Celje (now a city in Slovenia), who was of a much higher status than her. His father didn't approve of their love, and had his son arrested and kept him prisoner while he initiated a trial against Veronika, accusing her of witchcraft. He believed she used magic on his son to fall in love with her. She was acquitted by the court, but was later on murdered by drowning in 1425, hence the water in the video. Reason why she's so important is because she's the first Slovenian woman who got accused of witchcraft. This is a much simplified version of the story, but you get the point. Thanks for reacting :)

So Veronika was the first ever slovenian woman to be accused of witchcraft. It was a ploy to get rid of her as she was the lover of a prince. The charges were later dropped but she got assasinated by being drowned. That's why the whole video is underwater based and Raiven is a siren. The song is also about women's right and empowerment

There is a playlist on the eurovision playlists with all the songs, would recommend you check out the songs there. A lot of entries have one live performance and one music video so it might be a bit confusing.

The videos with the full purple border are the official performances / music videos! The ones with the blue and purple are the ones that come from a "national final" a competition in each country that decides the song for eurovision, I would really just concentrate on the official music videos, they get more traction

YES! Finally your reactions to Eurovision 2024. I would recommend you to react to more than 3 songs per week, because if you don't do you won't finish until Eurovision starts. Eurovision will be on the 7th, 9th and 11th of May.

So Luxembourg has returned to the contest after 30 years. They were a powerhouse back in the day, they have 5 wins which is the third most alongside the Netherlands. They're a small country but they're insanely rich
oh hell yeah!!!! im so exited for your reaction to czechia but i would like to have more songs in one video like 4/5 would be perfect but thats just my opinion.
Top 3 for me right now: 1) Poland, 2) Austria 3) Croatia, but I keep bouncing back and forth between the first two. If you do one reaction a week, there won't be enough time to get through all 37 entries by the contest in May. Perhaps do 7-8 per video and you should make it before the contest :) I am REALLY curious to see your reaction to Ireland this year... It's SOOOOOOOO different from what they normally send. And if you like Slovenia, it's got similar vibes. Also, I believe that Croatia is currently favoured to win this year, but it's not a cut and dry race between two like Sweden and Finland last year, so we'll see!

NIce to see you back in the Eurovision World - Well Slovenia is a very good song, Raiven had also a live performance as a guest in another national final and there it was a bit more stripped back (but great vocally) - Malta had a revamp so we will see, and Luxenbourg in my opinion is "safe" but also there will be hype around them because they are returning after 30+ years -
About the number of songs per video I would suggest more per video, or more videos per week, because with 34 songs left so see it will be hard.

Would you do a reaction on rollerblading? Particularly, aggressive inline. There's a video called Formosa 2018 by Dexta, I highly recommend watching that. A shorter video could also be THEM SKATES presents : Glow Zone. These videos show a wide variety of skaters. Some of which I skate with.
