u can see that from the map, so its background design, on some parts u cant even walk cuz its just pictures no objects to walk on , so yeah they make that extra stuff as background cuz u can see those things from the map
oh, you just have to try to get higher until u stand on the sky barrier, u have to ftl and then to boost jump, there are 2 sky barriers one is out of map and u will die because of the timer but the other barrier is a bit over it so theres no timer

if u are on the roof u have to crouch if u stand up it will tell u that u are out of map
