I am looking forward to your podcasts! I am looking for mental health resources relating to BC. I feel it is such a specialized topic that those I have spoken to are unable to relate. Also looking for local groups who meet (regularly) in person as opposed to zoom.
Thanks Amber. Yes, I think in person is so much better. I'm glad I spent a lot of hours with the leaders of my online support group before I moved to zoom with them, and I couldn't live without my local flatties group. Where do you live?
@estrogendiaries I am in Snohomish County WA. (Marysville). I am thankful you had the opportunity to meet in person prior to your zoom meetings! Some people love them and I hope to develop that preference. Until then I will continue looking for Snohomish or Skagit county groups who meet in person.
