Hey coach this vid was awesome I’m 22 and I’m trying to focus on building strength and athleticism and I just recently found out how the nervous system plays a big part in that this video was perfect keep doing the good work
If the goal is to improve neural drive without fatigue or DOMs, what about static start for jumps, med ball throw or sled push? Or a series of singles of Clean pulls or Snatch pulls and letting bar drop after pull?
There is simply too much to cover in a comment other than it’s not just the motor cortex learning patterns or myelin sheathing or ATP efficiency within the mitochondria or the local nerve cells. I think that most effective ways are:
Overcoming isometric
Plyometrics
Olympic lifts
GTG training method
