If you have 'super human healing', you may have a clotting disorder. I used to heal like Wolverine and thought I had a genetic gift until I had a stroke in 2023. I'm fine but it was scary, when I told the Dr I heal really fast, he said, "Of course you do..."
I would love to know more about this phenomenon. What could I look up to learn more? I’m not saying I heal fast but I have had 2 close calls with a torn bicep but came back both times without so much as a bicep strain so I’d like to look deeper into this. Also, glad you’re still up and able despite the stroke! Maybe you do have super human healing after all😎
@johnnykame I had more intense wound healing, thankfully no major rips/ tears. Get your d-dimer checked at your physical, that's the main test they use to check clotting properly.
Big problem with free weights is how different any change makes it quite different in what it works/the risk etc. Like I powerlift and I only know figures that I Nevers used my lumbar nor did I ever really use my quand much but only my hips due to habit. What the perfect movement looks like for one persons body is the worst you can do for another

Always great content
I definitely have pulled my back the day after in wrestling practice after doing straight weight hard sets of deadlifts.

bench press is THE most overrated exercise for athletes. It basically an indication of non athletic guys.
