duno.. i watch to much power project.. sometimes u just dont vibe with the takes and sometimes u do... thing is this.. u are just a human
u habe toppics that u are better and toppics that u are worse at
      mobility isnt your biggest strength
same with rehab.. doesnt mean u should.not talk.about it
and its still usefull. but if u already heared it a million imes as example. and mostly follow persons better than u at that, meh. it gets boring
then there are toppics that u shine more at and these are way more fun to watch.. i watcj this basketball dude from unranked academy. or.how his programm is called. pjf performence. no. how is he called. i watch isaaiah wich is a repeat of the same.old same old .and meh.. i watch a ton of mark.bells.power project
      sometimes it feals stale
      thats more a me thing
with ux u are a weird character sometimes, but overall i can learn and see so much valuable things that its just the nature
most podcasts have boring and less boring eoisodes if u ask.me
track and field training and espetiapy conditioning and plyometrics seem intreging, althou that blends into biomechanics a ton and. that field is a minefield if u venture into the guesswork of people.like david weck and all the other ideas about biomechanics.... outside of goata and some functional patterns, its not really so agressive in terms of infighting, rather just so many ideas tossed into a pot, that it gets overwhelming
and then to top it off, the simplest things get ignored
strength training classics missed and and and
doesnt the kneesovertoesguy foolishly belive in the tibialis being for deceleration aka the antahonis is decelerating? what the.. nooo. its like bizeps is slowing bizeps curls down. not the antagonist or something else.. but that doesnt make his stuff bad... just that he feals like a broken recorder
to me, many people are good at their specific things and all and bad at others, and if u dig around enough, it really shows
some of.your episodes just devinetively stand out is what i mean

      work haeder
      ahaha u make me laugh
just keep on and keep on and stay at it
      no need to work harder
just take your time and it will come over time
u already give off the vibe that u have a hood balance in how hard u work

and with that other side of things. i belive in some but not all. and i stopped to follow functional.patterns and goata and all that.. althou i learned some good stuff, that side quickly turns training into something that may be good and a valuable option, but not for.everyone, and we forfet that it doesnt allways need to be that way.. pow3r plus is also great but so many plyo things and nothing much of the other side... ahh a speed based and fast system... might leed to interesting things if u donthat periodicly but i dont know.. the other stuff also seems valuable
the fact that most squats usual put u in a posture thats more akin to what goata called front chain, and that the landmine squat can help to get into the back chain instead, led me to think, hey, it hits the muscles of that side really well... intreging.. and nerd neck is a common bad posture of modern.livestyle. lesser of that on top of so much more.. back squat aint bad, but i favour landmines for that. and. front squats.. oh well personal preference

Ha ha be talks about all the track events but sprints! How do sprinters need to condition? 100, 200 or 400m runner? I'm hearing a lot of talk about taking out the slower movements, lower percentage reps. But I'm hesitant. Thoughts??

u can also do cardio with methkdes that train fast twitch fibers and let the slow ones kinda out of the picture. sorta
      thats key here
we may still.be persons thou and no slow twitch specific training is a comittment
if i still have some goles left that require it, well. cant fully drop it
like on mark.bes podcast, a bjj person focused so much on bjj that he could not catch the purse thive at the restairant
then he started some trainging to combat it
if u come from lots of endurance runninf, swaping over for a periode or some and then only keeping a very little amount left is a option
but if all u physicly care, u feal great if u swap to fast twitch demanding cardio things and still be heathy
it just needs to be trained a.bit differently
      dont overwork your heart
      intervals are your friend
