  • In this video, I’ll show you how to create a stunning website using Bento grid design, one of the hottest trends in web design right now. Bento grid design is inspired by the Japanese Bento Box, which is a box that neatly organizes different types of food. Bento grid design wants to offer you a visually tasty and well-structured layout, making sure every element has its own place and purpose.
Some of the companies that use Bento grid design in their web designs are Apple, DJI, and Procreate. We’ll explore some of their examples and understand how you can use Bento grid design for your next website project.
I’ll also show you how to recreate Bento grid design from a diagram in WordPress, using Greenshift Blocks, which is my current favorite free blocks plugin. You’ll learn how to use hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and contrast to create a balanced and appealing layout.
By the end of this video, you’ll be able to create your own Bento web design that’s not just functional, but also beautifully designed.

Nice seeing some videos on Greenshift. Toying around with and trying to choose between Kadence, Stackable and Greenshift. Why did you choose Greenshift? Enjoyed the video!

Thank you so much 😁. If there’s anything else you would like to see, let me know 👏.
The reason for me, when I switched about two years ago from Kadence to Greenshift is because the add-ons they offer. Especially the animation one is great, but has a quite steep learning curve though. I should compare them again because the free greenshift version is so powerful, it’s insane. Kadence didn’t offer that a few years back so I am curious how much they both improve.

That would be great with a comparison. I'm interested in if greenshift would work with blocksy as I have that. Learning more about fse since I noticed greenshift uses that. Appreciate your work and efforts! Very good audio and recordings too. Until tour next videos wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy new year 🎉

@@michaelandersonse I’ll take some time to compare them. 😁
Greenshift works very well with Blocksy. I don’t have Blocksy, because I want to focus on FSE I think that’s the future. What is your experience like with Blocksy?
Until next year and enjoy your holidays 😁

@@techiesreviews Blocksy is really nice for simplicity and features. As a classic theme it is really good. FSE I do look forward too, especially in regards to editing theme and patterns. The current FSE is limited and styles is a mess in customizing. But I agree the future is FSE. Do you have an affiliate link for Greenshift? I think I will purchase it, will wait for your affiliate link :)

I totally agree with the FSE part, it’s a big mess but with every update the experience gets better luckily.
Yes I do have an affliate, how kind of you 😁. Https://tchs.li/greenshift they now have a discount with coupon XMAS25 by the way
