I think you made a great decision. If you like Intensive Care, it is the best. But it is true it is not for everyone. Intensive care nurses know their shit, a lot more than SpR and SHOs most of the time. For me personally I am a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse Specialist, and I love my job. Recently got a band 7 job in NICU and I love it.
