I read the hobbit in primary school. Elementary school equivalent was such a classic. I'm yet to read the rest of the Tolkien collection too. But I'm sure I'll be addicted to it too

Loads of nostalgia… read & love so many of these. My fav American Girl was Samantha, & I grew up on Tolkien & classics like Wuthering Heights. Was forced to read Island of the Blue Dolphins & even tho I don’t really remember the book, the experience ruined it. Every time I see it, I hate it, lol. Unfair, since it’s probably a decent book.
Fav HP book: The Half Blood Prince. Cause I fell in love with Snape in book one & have been a stan ever since. When I read book six, it was all the vindication I needed to justify myself! 😆🪄

I'm moving and had to throw away all my childhood VHS's because we don't have a VHS player anymore 😭 Madeline, Mary Poppins, The Jungle Book, and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang were also a part of my beloved collection :') for books, Island of the Blue Dolphins and Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See were some of my absolute favoritesss! I definitely recognize the cover for Ida B.. and The Care and Keeping of You!? Oh yeah, I remember my mom bought that for me and I relied on it lmao.
