- Cal Mac ferry to Canna for the day in June from Mallaig. Booked tickets online £6.45 each way. A walk around Canna, over to Sanday to see Puffins while taking in all the historic sites along the way. Seeing Canna House, Canna Cafe and the locals made this a brilliant day trip. Let me know if you've been or are considering it.

I have an old friend named MacInnes who had family in Uist. We played pipes together in a band from Vancouver that won the world pipe band championship in 1995 and 1996. I spent a lot of time in Glasgow back then . Should have spent some time on the islands obviously!!😢
Wow how delighted I am to have found you! I watch 2 other Scottish vloggers but have a thirst for videos of the isles, I've never been & long to go. Would have loved to have seen inside the cafe. Can't wait for your next trip out and now I need to watch your previous ones 😍

I bet you would but it was busy and small with a big conversation between all going on, mostly around the puffins and the weather of course. @IonaMacinnes madam I lived on a hill farm in Northern Ireland and Scotland is a second home for me I've been to lot's of the islands and East West Scotland but not to the top

In your other video where you stayed at Mallaig i spent 3 nights there just over 20 years ago this month, while visiting my Sister in Edinburgh it sure is a wee backpackers place upstairs 10 quid when i was there a night.
