From what I've heard, yes, Memory originates from a royalty-free website (as well as the song Old Doll if I'm not mistaken. Both Ib and Mad Father use it.). The song Spreludenew/Prelude in C Minor wasn't composed by YASUpochi either, but by Agustin Barrios.
Are you able to export the guitar pro file into PDF by any chance? I'm also trying to play it but it doesn't sound right...your video has a capo on 2 but the tabs don't say anything but with or without it, it sounds strange...

Rodzilla7975 Yasupochiguitar is the composer of most pieces used in Ib. Yet, this piece ‘Memory’ is not composed by him.
It's from yasupochi, he makes a lot of beautiful original pieces

I had the same problem, but I saw that he tuned his guitar to CGDGCD--not standard tuning. Hope this helps if you're still interested.
