The reasonable ending is probably burning the remains of Mary, its kind of reasonable if you think about it, even if Mary had a soul, still they would have to bring up the question of whoever goes to reality. In together forever its probably the most neutral ending, since the friend Garry you saw was replaced by some character in a painting. It would feel less sad to be without Mary, and killing Mary itself off would finally rest the painted world it was in, being seperate realities between Ib and Garry, and Mary being with the other painted characters. Mary just wants a friend.
Ib: Represents who you are Gary: the Blue rose who you are to your friends/lovers Mary: The yellow rose who you were meant to be Mary Killing Gary: Your destiny... Perhaps who you were meant to be, but losing your closest friends and lovers Red Rose dying: Losing yourself Mary dying(Yellow Rose): Being in a perpetual friendship and love but perhaps it is blind. Only succumbing to the comfort of yourself and your friends. The three represents You (The red rose), Your relationships ( Gary and the blue rose), and the uncertain future (Mary and the Yellow Rose)

Ah, it's 2021 lads. How is life? Well, beside covid and all. I always come back to this everytime I remember it's existence. Ib is one of those games that you wouldn't forget no matter how long the time has passed. It'll always return to you as a nostalgic memory. I hope all of you are doing well. Let's pass another year together and get back here to relieve some great memories in the past.
Old Doll is so precious and nostalgic omg those times when Mad Father was my favourite before Ib. it's still good tho but The Witch's House has the most feels
Hearing that main theme again after so long unlocked a part of my soul I had forgotten about and I may or may not have started crying. I can't come back to this game like I would like to, but it is still wonderful to find it again in other ways.
My friend just told me that he found a cool game that we can play, when I asked what game he showed me Ib. I started crying my friend still dont know why. This game brings me so many memories. I love this game and I have never forgotten it so when my friend showed me this game i got new hope that people will not forget this masterpiece
I found out about this game this year and i'm interested to play it, in these two years i also found out that Indie games are so beautiful and that the graphic doesn't count even if people say so
One thing for sure imo if this game came out with this style of art it would had never been recieved this much attention. I fondly remember this game mainly by its unique artisitc style and wonderful choice of music. Come to think of it, Kinda wonder if creator made any other game after this
Ahaha... I admit that Mr Kouri's Art is really unique. Anyway, I don't think Mr Kouri make another game besides Ib... At least from his website, I don't see any other game.
So I just rediscovered this game after years. It’s without a doubt one of my favorite games of all time. Ib is unparalleled emotionally and it’s creative world does more than any cheap gore thriller ever could.
but I think playing the game you connect more and you're in their shoes in the situation, but it would have to decide on an ending to go with. Which is difficult when all of them make me cry because its sad or happy. But even still I think I would be cool only if they did a good job.
I played this game because the girl I loved in 2015 recommended it to me she wasn't a good person, or a good experience but I can gladly say the best thing she brought me was this game I played it 5 years ago, and the sountrack still haunts me, thank you
I don't know why, but listen the main theme breaks alll my heart. It's like a trauma from the sadness that I felt when I played the game 3 times for saves Garry,
I keep coming back to this soundtrack for writing essays and I do not know why. It relaxes me but at the same time keeps me on edge just enough to make me focused.
happy 10 years to the game And soundtrack that literally shaped who I am today. I remember first playing ib on a way too bulky computer with no clue what I was going and falling in Love with it. this soundtrack literally was the soundtrack to my life for at least 4 years. and sometimes it still is. thank you kouri.
I play this game every Once year around this time. Been nearly 10 years. sense I first saw this game for free. I am glad I no longer need to boot up my old Win XP to play it anymore. What a lovely and chilling game.
This soundtrack is so extremely beautiful, but it also has such a melancholy, almost haunting feel to it. I was watching a K-drama the other day and a song from this soundtrack began playing in the background, and I suddenly felt very emotional. Maybe it was because it brought me back to the memory and emotions felt while playing the game, but I can say it certainly wasn't because of the show. I played Ib four years ago, and it had a sound I couldn't forget. I've never once had a soundtrack that's stuck with me like this one.
this is my favorite soundtrack. It seems simple, but if you listen, the further you listen, the more goosebumps run on your skin. it makes you think that the developers put their soul into the game... As well as Guerteno in his work.
Such a nostalgic game, It's in a special place in my heart.. I remember playing it with my older sis and we got alot of endings and it was just such a fun game to play.. Now the remake is out and I think I forgot to tell my sis about it lol. Bout to tell my sister and she will be shocked fr
Never played Ib or any RPGmaker horror games myself(cause i'm a scaredy cat)but Ib has kinda been my comfort game the last few years and i don't really know why. Everytime i get overwhelmingly sad, depressed or stressed,i always somehow find myself falling back to watching videos about the game even though i'm absolutely still affraid of ever playing the game myself. It's a horror game and yet there's this strange kinda nostalgia and comfort i find in it. Maybe it's because i spent years watching my brother play RPGmaker horror games back in 2012-2014ish(and i just realized most of the fandom also discovered Ib around the same time and also at the same 8-9 age range which would make most of us the same age as her now, including me)and so many of my childhood memories are associated with these games, even if in the tiniest ways like a random offhand recollection about seeing X game being played while i was doing something trivial, but there's this strange kind of comfort i find in the game. There's no gore,no outright antagonist and yet it's still one of the more notable horror games i know of,the fact that your enemies aren't just mere monsters but artworks of this mysterious artist that has their own reason and story as to why they even exist in the first place and you spend the entirety of the game uncovering more and more about this mysterious world of Guertana and his works is such an interesting concept. It's horror with a strange premise but one that really turned out well admittedly. Anyways that's all for my rant lol just felt like venting out what i had in mind for the last few years but never really been able to figure out why,at least until recently as these games, characters and stories age more and more
Actually now that I listened to it more carefully, you can hear only when the notes jump the "crying" which, I'll admit, does sound like labored breathing but in this case I promise it's not it's just the person who's playing's fingers on the fretboard
A lot of these songs are classical music search up Agustin Barrios Mangoré there’s a few of his songs in here don’t know where the violin ones are from but I’ll find out eventually
My all time favorite video game ever. Beautifully ominous and the characters/soundtrack are expertly crafted into this hauntingly enchanting world. Kudos to Kouri, the guy knows how to make a game touch your heart.

I can't believe I never heard of this game before and only finished playing it now. It's such a beautiful and amazing game, very unique and the story is so engaging! My favorite character is Garry, and I'm happy I got the true ending on my first experience!!

Even just hearing it now, I feel terrified ;3; Bless you for putting all the soundtracks together though, it makes it easier for everyone ^^
After playing IB a million times 'the gallery' song is a bit annoying for me now, but still this game is a master piece, one can never forget. I wish Guertena was real and so was the cursed gallery so we could get lost in there ( i honestly would stay there for an eternity tbh ). Kouri is really creative, our thanks to him for creating such a great game. I've played many games, from rpgs to video games, but none of them left an impact on me as much as this one did. And lastly my thanks to the song composers. Honestly, they don't get enough credit and love but without their works, games would not be interesting at all.
idk why but when I play games I start to get too involved with the characters and that happened me with Garry. The first time I played it, I got a bad ending (when he dies) and I was so sad, even I played it again just to get the happy ending AND IT'S BEAUTIFUL. This game has an excellent story and I don't know how to explain it, the OST is incredible too. 10/10

I'm like that but it only lasts for about 5 minutes
Its 2024, and Ib is now a 21 years old woman. I wish her a happy and fulfilling life ahead!
Ib just past through my recommendation and i got hit by a train of nostalgic, my eyes is hurt a little-
it's 2023, time moves on but the memories stay with us c:
times moves on too fast...
easily my favorite soundtrack ever.
bro whoever composed Ib's soundtrack is a legend, like they did such a good job composing it, making the vibes feel so real
Once when I was playing Animal Crossing New Leaf I met someone on Street Pass who was dressed like Mary with a Yellow rose.
suin she lives on XD
NAH,,,
I am sooooo happy this is getting a remake... I still can't forget the chills I got from the ending
it's been released since 2 days ago in japanese ! i'm so excited for the english version ^^
@@saemi2412 WAIT WHAT??? I've been out of the fandom for like 3 years and this happened???? is it out yet???
Old Doll is so precious and nostalgic omg those times when Mad Father was my favourite before Ib. it's still good tho but The Witch's House has the most feels
Hearing that main theme again after so long unlocked a part of my soul I had forgotten about and I may or may not have started crying.
I can't come back to this game like I would like to, but it is still wonderful to find it again in other ways.
even 6 years later this soundtrack still touches my heart
My friend just told me that he found a cool game that we can play, when I asked what game he showed me Ib. I started crying my friend still dont know why. This game brings me so many memories. I love this game and I have never forgotten it so when my friend showed me this game i got new hope that people will not forget this masterpiece
I found out about this game this year and i'm interested to play it, in these two years i also found out that Indie games are so beautiful and that the graphic doesn't count even if people say so
So i'll try to be there, in the community of these wonderful games
One thing for sure imo if this game came out with this style of art it would had never been recieved this much attention.
I fondly remember this game mainly by its unique artisitc style and wonderful choice of music.
Come to think of it, Kinda wonder if creator made any other game after this
Ahaha... I admit that Mr Kouri's Art is really unique. Anyway, I don't think Mr Kouri make another game besides Ib... At least from his website, I don't see any other game.
He will make a remake !!! Of ib!!!
Man, rpg horror games will always be a big part of my childhood 😔 memory and Mary's theme are such classics, this game as a whole is classic~
I played this game last year...my,it's really nostalgic.
2019?
Yes, my friend !
I played it 3 years ago.
Last year, with a friend

Hi
god- I didn't think so many people liked ib, it's good to know that after years they started to discover this incredible game
ib is an incredibly popular game.
So I just rediscovered this game after years. It’s without a doubt one of my favorite games of all time. Ib is unparalleled emotionally and it’s creative world does more than any cheap gore thriller ever could.
Ib needs an anime.
yes, absolutely need to, such a good story but have no anime is too waste
but I think playing the game you connect more and you're in their shoes in the situation, but it would have to decide on an ending to go with. Which is difficult when all of them make me cry because its sad or happy. But even still I think I would be cool only if they did a good job.
The only problem I would have with it being an anime would be finding voice actors for the characters.
Ib's VA: Inori Minase
Garry's VA: Nobunaga Shimazaki
Mary's VA: Aoi Yuuki
DONE
True, but it was done with amnesia so i don't see why it couldn't be done with this?
I played this game because the girl I loved in 2015 recommended it to me
she wasn't a good person, or a good experience
but I can gladly say the best thing she brought me was this game
I played it 5 years ago, and the sountrack still haunts me, thank you
Gosh this makes me want to cry ;-;
Great video. This game is amazing ;-;
Hide and seek is so perfect. The melody is so simple and beautiful and the stranding of the guitar is so good.
Yeah, right? ✨
this game is my whole childhood, i remember liking Garry sm
IB REMAKE LET S GOOOOOO
As well as Guerteno in his work.
garry's theme reminds me my childhood memories since i was super into this game from waaay back then. A bitter sweet feeling...
Such a nostalgic game, It's in a special place in my heart.. I remember playing it with my older sis and we got alot of endings and it was just such a fun game to play.. Now the remake is out and I think I forgot to tell my sis about it lol. Bout to tell my sister and she will be shocked fr
got recommended this video today. Thankyou my frend for remembering me this game
いままでやったホラーゲームの中で一番美しいと思う。

それなです!
Anyways that's all for my rant lol just felt like venting out what i had in mind for the last few years but never really been able to figure out why,at least until recently as these games, characters and stories age more and more
Anyone else notices silent weeping durning "Game Over"?
Yes omg
+Piromyśl It's probably just guitar fret noise
Actually now that I listened to it more carefully, you can hear only when the notes jump the "crying" which, I'll admit, does sound like labored breathing but in this case I promise it's not it's just the person who's playing's fingers on the fretboard
+Kk Price hi
Kk Price Despite that, the effect is amazing.
Ive went through Undertale, DDLC, and many among others... But I still get back to this gem. Ib
Yea this game is really heartwarming in a way. These characters will be unforgettable.
It’s 2018 and I’m still coming back to this at least once
_there is no other way to make this better than..._
_PUTTING IT IN SPOTIFY_
A lot of these songs are classical music search up Agustin Barrios Mangoré there’s a few of his songs in here don’t know where the violin ones are from but I’ll find out eventually
@@aidanjack3094 well yeah but the music box-y ones aren't, like Memory, Mary's Theme, Moving Storybook or Sketchbook
My all time favorite video game ever. Beautifully ominous and the characters/soundtrack are expertly crafted into this hauntingly enchanting world. Kudos to Kouri, the guy knows how to make a game touch your heart.

It's 2021 and i still listened it...
Please make bigger ib and corpse party fandom..
Its all funs and games until you get to 7:38 and 11:10 and all the feels kick in.
I need to play this game again after many, many years.
You.. i think you shold replay it :)
Commenting to show that some people still love Ib! Still watch lets plays to this day. Probably the first RPGmaker game that left a huge impact on me.
I miss this game so much. It's such a wonderful game and I wish it was popular again. I also wish for it to gain a sequel maybe or maybe a cartoon/anime/movie of some sort.
Plus, I adore it's whole soundtrack and story.
This game was such a good part of my childhood, I need to replay it sometime again..
I can't believe I never heard of this game before and only finished playing it now. It's such a beautiful and amazing game, very unique and the story is so engaging! My favorite character is Garry, and I'm happy I got the true ending on my first experience!!
Wowie a danganronpa AND ib fan!! Im really glade you enjoyed the game 😄
@@user-id1hd4no6o yesss
Got Memory Crannies for my first run :')
let's keep Ib alive. This game NEEDS recognition
You got your wish, it's getting a remake on steam.
@@waterfox2110 but only in japanese ...
it's about time ib joins the rpg remake club!!!
I remember playing this by myself once, I don't remember which ending I got, I don't remember if I finished, but I do remember Dungeon 1 gave me the worst feeling ever. Even just hearing it now, I feel terrified ;3; Bless you for putting all the soundtracks together though, it makes it easier for everyone ^^
Played this at 2:00 AM : "well the musics are pretty n- *reach the fabricated world* oh okay..."

最高にギャリーがかっこいい
I would’ve never found such an amazing game without the help of my friend. Here I am playing it over 8 years after it came out.
I wish to never forget this game
Ib remake is coming, I miss this game so much and it's comig back!!
La yo de 13 años era feliz jugando estos hermosos juegos RPG :") como pasa el tiempo .
This brings back a ton of memories! :'(
After playing IB a million times 'the gallery' song is a bit annoying for me now, but still this game is a master piece, one can never forget.
I don't want to go to that gallery. I'd probably die-
I love dark art and Guartena's works look so great, I wish he'd be real
I doubt the soundtrack will ever start to annoy me
idk why but when I play games I start to get too involved with the characters and that happened me with Garry. The first time I played it, I got a bad ending (when he dies) and I was so sad, even I played it again just to get the happy ending AND IT'S BEAUTIFUL. This game has an excellent story and I don't know how to explain it, the OST is incredible too. 10/10
If you haven't already, go play Pocket Mirror. What Ib gave me as a child, Pocket Mirror gave me as an adult.
Thanks man, I'm gonna check this out right now.
"Blind Alley and "Puppet" minda go hard as titles for their character themes
such beautiful music. something that has an amazing soundtrack whether it be a TV show (ahem steven universe) movie, or video game, instantly makes it 100% better!!
If it was in Stevens universe it would be RUINED!!! (Sorry but to me it is the worst show ever)
+Kittypurry64 It's okay! We all have our opinions after all! 😊
^~^ I'm so glad I found this soundtrack~ I listen to it for homework, playing games, reading, everything :D This is great~~
The One and Only Cassidia True ...
this master piece is one of the most interesting and beautiful games that the humanity has never seen
I really like this soundtrack :)
RemiChan me too :3
