Magnolia trees are the symbol for Luck and Stability. They will look beautiful by the front gate entrance. It's good you and Brooke planted those trees 3 years ago. They look like they are thriving well and will provide for many birds and animals as well as protect your garden from winds. It's funny how the Sherrif was following you as you went to check on the Emerald Green Eggs. I agree Jason, I like to gently break away the root ball on trees, bush, rose or anything I'm planting. Very nice of the family to donate the Dogwood Trees. Reminds me of a movie "American President" Love seeing Mildred Road - I bet she is happy she has her name on the stall. So happy to hear that Brooke is feeling a tiny bit better and is able to get out and about. Even a MaryCarl sighting! Oh what a wonderful video. Have a blessed day. 🥰🥰👍🏻👍🏻
The patience of a farmer simply amazes me. To be able to plant something and wait weeks, months or even years to see the results it's just beyond my imagination. 🌳
I just LOVE Jessie….watching her grow with DeJay and Daniel and seeing her go to a new LOVING HOME within my must-watch channels is such a joy!!! I would love to see another Arms Family donkey come and join her…they’re gonna be having babies before too long. Maybe once they get weened we can see one of Jessie’s sisters come and join her! A girl can dream…😊🙏🏻😊
Jason the Tree Climber. 🌳 I just knew it!!! Tree Climbers are a special group of souls. I used to climb this big beautiful sycamore in our village center and just watch the world go by. Now a days I'm content to sit on a bench under that same tree. Life is Good. Jason's making some wonderful Tree Buddies there. 🙏
There is no better channel on you tube. I love everything about your channel. The animals are great. So glad Brooke is feeling better. That sun setting behind those trees is a site to behold. God bless you all. ❤❤🙏🙏❤❤🙏🙏❤❤
I don't know if you caught it or not, but Peaches said that once those Magnolia trees are in full bloom, she needs a photo sesh in front of them. They're going to be gorgeous in front of the gates!
Sun settin’ on those trees at the end is so peaceful. I love how you appreciate the little things that most people miss, but that make our souls at peace.
Hi Jason & Brooke. Thank you for the great report. We live in zone 7/7a and moved 12 shrubs once and 5 rose bushes 2 times, all are doing great. Our local nursery said move them in the winter, they will wake up in the spring and never know they were moved. We planted 25 Arborvitae's along a fence for a wind break with Red Ribbon Rose shrubs in-between the Arborvitae's. I'm so glad I found you channel thank you for you knowledge. Have a super day.
Oh I think the trees will look magnificent in a few years Jason. How lovely to see Brooke out and about. Just hoping she doesn't push herself too much, but getting the sun on her skin and fresh air into her lungs will do some good. I am still continuing prayers for her and your family. The animals are looking content ❤
Your farm is beautiful with all the hard work you and Brooke have done since ownership. Whenever you both complete the plans that have been put on hold, I hope you send up the drone to capture all the beauty. Glad that you are feeling better Brooke and pray your doctors find out exactly what is causing your situation and nip it in the bud.😉
The magnolias will be a beautiful addition to the entrance. Thank you for always giving advice and showing us the process of all you do. Can always use a new lesson. Y’all be good ❤
Hi. Soooooo glad you like the dogwoods. It is our pleasure 😊 I live in South Florida, and one of the very first trees that I planted behind my condo, was a Little Gem; I grow orchids on the interior branches and trunk. It's a beautiful tree. God Bless 😊
I love Magnolia trees too..stunning flowers..l saw that Holly had her Lambchop🐑 with her today too..Jessie has got to get her name on her stall too guys..🇬🇧💕✝️🙏👏👍🇺🇸
Good morning Brooke, Jason and Mary Carl. The magnolia trees are going to be beautiful. My grandmother used to have huge magnolia trees. The dogwood tree is one of my favorite trees. Here in Virginia, it is our state tree and flower. The dogwood tree and flower has such a beautiful meaning. ❤
Loved that final scene of the sunset on the trees and Mildred's head, if it wasn't for the alarm system that would have been a beautiful spot for a chair and a cup of coffee to sit and relax!*! ❤
Good morning Jason and Brooke, the Magnolia Trees are another Smile Upgrade that is going to enhance and reflect the Beauty of the Cog Hill Establishment. The Big O sure does get a workout, it fits in well with many of the Tasks you and especially Brooke tackle on a regular basis, it’s like a Swiss Army Knife ready for what ever your tasks are ready to tackle. 😊👍👍👍
I just can't wait for it to all be done and blooming going to look so amazing!!!! I love the passion yall have in doing planting and making it awesome prayers
Magnolia trees are perfect for the front property. They are so beautiful and will grow to the perfect size. Holly is loving the stuffing out of lamb chop. She is so cute. Hope you all have a wonderful day!💕
I’ve learned so much from you guys. I’m planting a garden this spring, because you’ve inspired me. I love the magnolia trees! They’re gonna look beautiful framing the entrance!
When the magnolias mature, they will make the entrance to the farm welcome everyone to the farm. We had two Magnolia trees in our front yard where we lived in Georgia. When they bloomed, our front yard smelled lovely. Oh how I miss my house in Georgia.
Jason I just love, love, love yours and Brooke's video's, wish they were two or more hours long, I never want them to finish, love and appreciation from the UK xxxx
Sometimes I just start laughing when you’re sharing your day with Peaches and she doesn’t move a muscle LOL, LOVE YOU MISS P. LOVE YOUR TREES 🌳!! I CANT WAIT TO SEE THEM BIG AND IN ALL THEIR GLORY😁. GOD BLESS YOU ALL AT COG HILL🙏🏻
How do you stop the neverending root sprouts. Mom has one large tree but a jungle of overgrown roots & shoots. Too close to the house. Gutters stay clogged, and it would destroy the home if falls. Sadly think it has to go. 😢
@@Noneyun courtesy of Google. magnolia root system is very wide, up to four times the width of the tree canopy. In fact, magnolia tree roots spread farther than those of most trees. If your house is within root range, the roots can work their way into pipes under your house. As they do, they damage your home’s structure and/or plumbing system. Sadly, I agree, it seems it would need to go. Can you plant a new one in another spot?
❤❤❤❤❤ Mildred is beautiful with the highlights of the sun on the trees!!! A perfect picture for a calendar for the month of February! Have you made a Cog Hill Calendar yet??? ❤❤❤❤❤
It's time to get out and plant. The green thumb is itching. We moved into a farm house that my in laws bought. The elderly couple had planted a magnolia tree right in front of the large picture window with a large side windows. This tree was full grown and tore the roof and facing board real bad. Roots were tearing the base of the house. You need to read how big they get. They put holly bushes in front of the front walkway. It was a trash catcher. Corn leaves and stray cotton would pile under them in the fall/winter. Mice heaven. This video reminds me of what my husband and I did to our farm house in the late 80. Mom's favorite tree was the dogwood. In East texas that's the first tree to bloom and you know it's spring. I love springs birth.
Thank you for donating the Dogwoods. You literally no on the farm. I love Magnolia's . They are majestic . Mine bloom all the time in central Texas. I have a tree to transplant. Glad to see Brooke on her tractor. Continued prayers for continued healing. Hi MaryCarl 🫶. Blessings to Cog Hill 🙏🫶🥰🫶🙏
I think your new tree line is going to look spectacular! It wasn't until I worked in Virginia that I found out that there was more than one variety of magnolia. Coming from the north, I knew of only one kind. Thank you so much for identifying the fields as you pass them. It makes the trip that more interesting. Great video.
I have a Magnolia Tree in my front yard. They also make a different type of cone with big red seeds along with the beautiful flowers. Your love them.❤😊
Oh Jason, Magnolias would be stunning!!! We had those at home when I was growing up and I absolutely loved them!!!!!! They also grew wild in the woods!
Hello Jason, Your place is looking so good, and I hope it provides all the wind break you need. The sun setting on the trees with that golden glow was so beautiful and that is all yours. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. Love you all, God bless you and until next time take care
