Hello, you don't need to stay within a certain distance from the module. Once the WiFi module is successfully connected to the router and communicating normally, users can remotely monitor the device from anywhere with local network access, using either the "Solar Guardian" APP available for download on Google Play or the App Store, or by visiting the web portal at hncloud.epsolarpv.com/.

Has something been pushed to the AN devices via cloud ? Wifi adapters no longer will connect to the device, or obviously, the cloud. I'm kind of getting weary of the connectivity issues, and this might be my last push to Victron. I was about to post a video about the value of the Epevers, but as luck would have it, now can't because I can't even connect to either my 80amp, or my 30amp. It now appears that the value comes from cutting corners on hiring adequate and professional software development staff.

I can get the local wifi to work on the Solar Gaurdian app, but I've given up trying to get the cloud function to work. The program is not intuitive and still needs a lot of work. It's a shame because Epever obviously sell a lot of solar chargers and their reputation is being tarnished by poor software support.

Hi i have the EPEVER WiFi Adapter 2.4G RJ45 D and have paired it with the solar guardian app (it was not easy or intuitive but i managed) the solar guardian app is not anywhere near as good visually as the epever pair app . Where im getting stuck is epever pair simply does not list the EPEVER WiFi Adapter 2.4G RJ45 D as an option to add it . Will the EPEVER WiFi Adapter 2.4G RJ45 D ever be supported in the epever pair app ? or are we stuck with solar guardian ?

I am having the same issues, so difficult, and have wasted many hours. Just upgraded to 48v and getting 84v. Won't charge, won't link up to my wifi, even though it says complete. Absolute junk. Very disappointed, to say the least. A $30 cheapy works instantly. Big waste of time and money. I have the 12-48v Epever ExtraN
@@Epever Thank you. That confirms my research. It seems DIY attempts have been made but are messy and impractical. I think that the most efffective way to incorprate this would simply be to monitor battery voltage and insolation using discrete systems. If something seemed amiss then bench test the battery system using a proper bench test rig. I am delighted with both of my Epever systems and would never consider using another product.
Hi. I have the setup like in the video. I have the problem that the Batterie does show not the right power information. When the PV has power, the batterie has no consumer and is full loaded to 100% everything is alright. Even when the PV has no power because of night for example the batterie brake to under 100% without any consumer. The batterie is pretty ok and new.

Estou com um inversor epever 2000 12v para 220v, com cabos 35mm e 2 baterias de 110Ah em paralelo, quando o inversor tenta armar a saída a corrente dc passa de 100A praticamente colocando as bateria em curto e não arma a saída 220v isso sem carga conectada na saída, testei com outras bateria e acontece a mesma coisa, então o led azul do display começa a piscar e as 2 baterias são novas e está carregadas.

Still not working.. Can't delete account on android app. App just locks up when you try and delete your account. Can't delete sites, so you can try again to install a wifi dongle. This app is terrible!

How about one on how to keep your EpEver MPPT from crashing panel voltage down to Vbatt+1v and getting stuck there? Plenty of videos out there of this happening, or I can upload a fresh one for you.

Edited to add: Support sent a boilerplate response, ignoring the symptoms and links I provided to others with the same problem: "Sorry for the problem. But all the MPPT controller has the find conditions.It is depending on the weather,cloud,connect wires,solar panel's parameters,controller setting and shadow occlusion. So if you met any problem please contact with us,we will try our best to help you." Here is a long, boring video showing the problem: ruclips.net/video/YsULwfFq4Pg/видео.html Vmp = 90.9v. EpEver crashes panel voltage to Vbatt + 1 (14.xV). Turned panels off/on and it takes 15mins for the controller to sail past Vmp and crash at 14.x again. The Victron 150|45 I replaced it with finds Vmp correctly and does so within seconds. Video was taken with 5415AN, but I observed the same thing on a 4215BN and 1210A.

Такая ситуация может длиться от 7 дней и более. А сделать с этим ничего невозможно. Перезагрузка модуля не помогает, перезагрузка роутера тоже. Никакие действия для решения проблемы не помогают... :((

my battery is gel type so i use gel parameter.. the charging voltage of setting gel bat is too high 15v in paramerter the charging limit of gel battery is 14.2
was working for like one month, and now all my rtu are offline, no matter what i do they will not connect to epever server cloud, this is garbage, no news, no information, nothing, tryed to reset them etc, nothing work, pure garbage, please at least say if your server are down, because it's driving me crazy, i don't know if the probleme are from my rtu or from epever server

Hi Maulana, the wifi module supports both mppt and pwm controllers.
2022-12-12 the registration phase on Epever Cloud doesn't work. I can't use the wifi module... :( how can i create the account?

How about one on how to keep your EpEver MPPT from crashing panel voltage down to Vbatt+1v and getting stuck there? Plenty of videos out there of this happening, or I can upload a fresh one for you.

Edited to add: Support sent a boilerplate response, ignoring the symptoms and links I provided to others with the same problem:
"Sorry for the problem. But all the MPPT controller has the find conditions.It is depending on the weather,cloud,connect wires,solar panel's parameters,controller setting and shadow occlusion. So if you met any problem please contact with us,we will try our best to help you."

Vmp = 90.9v. EpEver crashes panel voltage to Vbatt + 1 (14.xV). Turned panels off/on and it takes 15mins for the controller to sail past Vmp and crash at 14.x again. The Victron 150|45 I replaced it with finds Vmp correctly and does so within seconds.
Video was taken with 5415AN, but I observed the same thing on a 4215BN and 1210A.

Невозможно зайти в профиль по логину и паролю, или получив доступ к профилю, информация с контроллера не загружается постоянно появляется сообщение "read failed". Такая ситуация может длиться от 7 дней и более. А сделать с этим ничего невозможно. Перезагрузка модуля не помогает, перезагрузка роутера тоже. Никакие действия для решения проблемы не помогают... :((

Si è da maggio 2023 che l'app fa girare le scatole.... Sembra che siamo noi utenti il problema, in realtà sono loro che hanno Un App assurda! E per completare l'opera sulla nuova App solar Guardian il vecchio modulo rettangolare wifi... Vecchio per loro... Non è contemplato... Assurdo.

@@nuvell21 io ho il modulo WiFi rettangolare, comprato ad aprile maggio, e per loro è vecchio, anche ora, da 2 giorni, nonostante tutti i reset e riconfigurazioni, non si collega più al cloud... Ma in locale si, quindi il problema al 99% è loro, non dei miei apparati.

Before this upgrade, there may be some instability in the "EPEVER Cloud" mode of EPEVER Pair. We will make every effort to address these issues and minimize any disruptions to your usage. During this period, we recommend using the "Local" mode temporarily.

my battery is gel type so i use gel parameter.. the charging voltage of setting gel bat is too high 15v in paramerter the charging limit of gel battery is 14.2
and why the charging icon can't stop?

was working for like one month, and now all my rtu are offline, no matter what i do they will not connect to epever server cloud, this is garbage, no news, no information, nothing, tryed to reset them etc, nothing work, pure garbage, please at least say if your server are down, because it's driving me crazy, i don't know if the probleme are from my rtu or from epever server
Yeah mine went off at 11:30 this morning ! has happened previously but not for a while hopefully will online again soon! I got and old charge controller out to see if that connected but that’s the same.
