And after many years, she remains true to her answer during the top 5 question and answer round....despite falling down many times in her life, she continues to stand up and remain strong.

My favorite was her evening gown performance. She looks so elegant in that gown.
It should have been her coz her answer is still substantial its all about her delivery that time. During her time they also took into consideration the confidence in delivering if only she didnt choke and delivered it smoothly it could have been her and that is where Bostwana took the lead. Mpule without batting of an eyelash she delivered her answer smoothly.

she has the class, the poise and what it takes to be miss universe 1999. the only thing that didnt make her win, because she stuttered when she answered the final question, but her answers were great though. she gave her best.
