We just got off the Allure of the seas and it looks very similiar. We didn't have the abyss slide or the playmakers on the boardwalk. The solaruium bistro turned into a brazilian steakhouse for an upcharge at night on our ship. I wish is was still solarium bistro at night
Our opinion, RCL casual food (hamburgers, pizza, sandwiches, buffet, MDR) is not good, their upper added cost food is good(Italian and Steak)! Their broadway show entertainment and aqua shows are good!
I was born and raised in South Philly with some of the best pizza. I have to say my opinion of Sorrentos is much better than Pizza Pirate on Carnival. Carnival pizza is like pizza on a cracker. The roast beef sandwiches used to be much better before covid. The food and shows on Royal are better IMO on Royal, that is why we left Carnival. I hope you enjoy your Freedom cruise.
Thanks for sharing. Sorento’s grew on us as everyone will see later on. It’s not the worse. I personally still like Carnival’s better though. We don’t care about shows at all but seem to find ourselves watching them on Royal more often for sure! The roast beef tasted good but the bread was almost too hard to eat lol. I am sure Freedom will be fun!! We also are going on Utopia in September
Can’t wait to try to sail on Symphony! Our cruise got canceled because of Covid back in 2020.

O no. That’s no fun. I think allure is the only one that doesn’t have the Abyss!! Hopefully, Utopia will though!!
