Good video, could you do me a favor and send me some information about the device that you use for an anchor, thank you very much , greetings from Florida
@@GCJetskiFishing On the back. Used a Haswing Cayman B GPS55 Trolling Motor Black 12v with Quick Release Bracket. when its up it folds down nicely beside yeah. I have seen them on RUclips fitted the front, but you got to drill through the firbeglass with a S/S custom braket. When you fit it to the back easily to fit to extra deck on fishpro. Great out at the 60m mark Kawhia way and just holds you in one place.
@@timgoodson4610 the problem with having it on the back is that it will hold you backwards into the wind and current, that's why boats always have them on the bow
Hi there! I notice that in some of your videos there are black plastic covers that go over your skis gunwales, are these after market items that can be purchased?
4 days later and my hands still stink from using bait! 😂
Yes, however I bet you enjoyed those Snapper fillets!
@@nicolebarwickdavis4165 been enjoying them for a few days now! :)
Hey Glenn, try hand sanitizer and that will get rid of the smell.
@@theninjas5910 Thanks mate good tip, I will try that!
Wash your hands with toothpaste, then rub them on the sides of a stainless steel sink.
Nice vid mate! Good to see some variety re: baits. Big ol snaps do love a fresh slab of kahawai!
Thanks John, yeah it was good to do something a bit different!
Good fishing
Thanks!
Just a tip what I do if your 50M spot is a bit slow try heading further out more another 200 to 300M further out and drift.
Yeah moving around a bit can definately help find the fish, sometimes they move away with the current, especially if the tides change
that was cool. got some decent snapper there
Thanks Phil, yeah some good snapper for sure!
The bait bringing some big fish! Haha cool video mate
Cheers mate! They were good condition snaps too :)
They were chunky as Snaps Glen, nice! Pity bout the poor ky getting hacked up to feed them :) haha
Cheers mate, yeah they are plumping up right now, beautiful eating condition :)
Did you see the Gurnard I found in thier gut while filleting???
@@GCJetskiFishing yeah, that was hard case. A big mouthful!

Must be a pain swapping from left to right handed reels?
To be honest I don't notice it at all
Any hints on what rod and reels to use and are good for targeting different sizes?
Awesome, more uploads
Thanks for watching mate, hope you enjoyed it!
Good Video Bro. Throw on a GPS trolling motor, then you can throw away yea anhcor.
Thanks mate! I would love to do that... Being a ski presents a few challenges of mounting it though... Would be so cool
@@GCJetskiFishing It been done. Mate has done it to his fishpro. Works a dream. I am off to do the same to mine.
@@timgoodson4610 nice, has he got it mounted to the front or on the back?
