    Great Video :). I love how much you're teaching me. I've never had Otoro. Its funny how, because its supposed to be so difficult to preserve, it implies the quality is probably very high and that it is the most expensive. Did it taste better than other parts of the tuna? Man that is cool. Thank you Masa~!
