I honestly think technical skills are something that can come with a lot of practice, but her elegance, fluidity, and ability to express emotions through her skating is an unparalleled talent.
100% agree there, jumps, tricks and what not can be done, anyone with the true love and passion for skating can do it lets be real here sotnikova did so... but Yuna's artistry on that ice is above and beyond what tricks and jumps can make me feel, I'm more of a minimalist I treasure the simple things in life and that includes my skating, Yuna changed figure skating for some time she turned it into a sport that people loved to watch not just because of her skills and jumps that she does with ease but her fluidity like you say and elegance as well as musicality that cannot be taught.
Guess she's completely melted and merged with the song! That's why she's able to hit directly to our hearts in her performance and bring tears to our eyes too.
This performance literally put me in tears, well what performances of Queen Yuna's haven't, but I'm not the biggest fan of Adele but Yuna made me like this song a little more than I use to let's just put it that way, she was literally dancing and skating through the whole entire song, each move and step she took represented a lyric of the song, and she performed this with artistry that NOBODY yes I mean nobody can touch let alone match! This has to be without a doubt one of my all time favourites of hers and trust be there's too many to pick from. Queen Yuna you will be truly missed the sport is not the same without you, and I've tried my best to come to terms with her departure but I can't therefore I'm most likely going to stop watching the females figure skating all together.
