Are they still using this chart today as I've had a hernia and ended up with permanent chronic pain which has effected my daily life, work and social life. My pain specialist said I fit the criteria for being classed as disabled. Do solicitors still use this payment chart? Thanks

Can debt occurred be included? I had a car on finance and lost it due to not being able to work which has left me with 10 grand of debt.
