@@ZombieCamperGaming yea :) I also didn't think I would own this car. Thanks for the encouragement! This car is definitely out of my comfort zone:/ I need to practice a lot before doing important work on this car. I can't mess this car up :)
@@DailyDrivenClasssics I like all your videos, particularly the fact that your passion and honesty really come through on screen. Incidentally, I had the dreaded excess oil consumption on my E46 M54B25. It was down to a litre per 300 miles. I decided to try a piston-soak operation with Berrymans B12 Chemtool, and, shock/surprise it has worked! I have covered nearly 400 miles now and it has used no oil at all, a real result.
@@bobfrankish8883 Yes I remember your comment about the oil consumption on an older video. Glad to hear that product fixed the issue :) Thanks for the compliment !

@bosley629 @bosley629 I agree. The color combo fits so well. And the way the green looks is just something else :) Also I have 3 books and an Original BMW repair guide for the e9 so all the infos should be there to set the carburetors up correctly :)
That's a nice car! Congratulations. I wish you a lot of patience and energy to rebuild this mashine. My guess was e39 540i for your next projekt, but this one is much better
@Rebi55 @Rebi55 Hi, unfortunately the e9 will have to wait for a bit. I will upload a video on my e46 today or tomorrow tho :) I have a lot of uni work right now and my e46 is blocking the space to work on the e9 so it's probably gonna take another few weeks. Sorry for that :(

Those twin carburation on an M30 could be a challenge, similar to a twin carb M130 280S Benz ✌️
