There are just under 100 departments in France so would be a full time job, and I do have a company to run 😎😉 I will be working on other series with different price brackets though.

In my opinion anyone thinking of buying in France who for whatever reason can't make it to view-there are plenty of people who can't-it would be wise to hire someone like Dan to view the properties on your behalf to save yourself alot of money in the long run.

Very strange houses this time!
Could not imagine living in any one of these! Hopefully you can do a Bordeaux area offerings. The price range under a million is good. Maybe

I did do one about the nouvelle Aquitaine, which is where Bordeaux is. But this is one of the more expensive areas of the region so didn’t actually figure in the cheap end. Stay tuned as I will be bumping up the budgets! NOUVELLE AQUITAINE - The 4 Cheapest Chateaux for sale.

I like all three and for the price the third is a great value but I really dislike how it is two very different styles.If it was all one whole look, then great--either looks good together it is jarring.

I also would be reluctant to buy property near a river, as a lot of flooding in the news,. With climate change and hot summers, likelihood of atmospheric rivers increases. For every degree hotter, air holds 7% more water, I think.
