    Excellent Tutorial as always. I followed your tutorial and created a few patterns on Midjourney. I made one with the prompt Buttercup flowers, 3D, paper texture pattern. It came out great. I uploaded to my Amazon Merch account, for all languages and used only the necessary products. The next day my design from All countries got flagged and rejected for Copyright Infringement. Wow I couldn't believe it. Has this happened to you?? Very interested. Thanks Juna.

    Hi Juna, I saw a video where you said you design in CMYK from the start but I haven’t yet seen you do that in your design tutorials. Maybe I missed it. I thought when a printer converts from RGB to CMYK The colors would look more muted… but a couple of my designs the prints are brighter/lighter.
    My purples looked pink, and light brown looked yellow. I’m having issues with colors not turning out on my shirts and it’s affecting how confident I am in putting them out there.

    • @DetourShirts
      @DetourShirts  11 месяцев назад

      True.... When I start in Affinity Designer I definitely do CMYK.... but when I start with Discord or Canva or other apps I get lazy and I don't.... I probably should though because you are right the colors may turn out different

    • @MyBodyIsMyTemple
      @MyBodyIsMyTemple 11 месяцев назад

      I wonder if I could import my design into procreate and from there modify to colors to CMYK, 😅 I have no idea I’m still learning. Thank you for your videos

    Awesome video when you say you leave the decription blank Bullet 1 & 2 etc is this just with the patterns or with tee/hoodie designs too, I thought it was important part of seo with MBA, I know its a contant pain in my backside with constant niggles when using a trademarked "word" so annoying that processs.

    Why did you use a title for the 'brand" field section in Amazon merch? Isn't that supposed to be your shop name? Thank you

    • @DetourShirts
      @DetourShirts  11 месяцев назад

      You can use your shop name.... There are 2 reasons I don't use my shop name.... My Shop Name is Detour Shirts and these aren't shirts and they don't match my "Brand" style which is mainly Kawaii.... Secondly, I want to use the brand name for more keywords.

    • @markymaarty
      @markymaarty 11 месяцев назад

      Ok. Got it! I just wanted to know. Because that helps. The only advantage I see is that the buyer won't know who are they buying it from. Is that right?
      Is the bullets sections in the right not as important for seo use?

    I tried to do this with Ideogram, but it doesn't seem to work properly due to the fact that when you try to tile each pattern together they don't line up when u want to make the pattern smaller like you did with affinity designer. I copied all your steps.

    • @DetourShirts
      @DetourShirts  11 месяцев назад +1

    Are you able to do same thing (quality) with kittl? I am asking because the tool is getting more and more all in one inclusive design editor. I’m not too familiar with AI, and really new to all these design tools. One thing I keep hearing is how Kittl has the vector, background remover, already, types of AI you want and upscaled enough to go directly to POD? And do we need all the - -ar ect …Is that true? Thanks Juna!

    • @DetourShirts
      @DetourShirts  11 месяцев назад +1

      You can make patterns with AI on Kittl but I like the flower patterns on MidJourney better..... at least right now. Maybe Kittl's AI will catch up on day

      Yes... MidJourney is at least $10 a month and they have a $30 & $60 plan too.... Pixelcut is free.... Affinity Designer is about $70 (one time fee) but you could use Photopea for FREE if you want
