I could INSTANTLY tell a difference from the previous time time I did this regiment. I was most certainly lifting more, and doing more reps. I workout to the point of muscle failure. In other words until I just cant complete that last rep. So by set three I'm always unable to completely the number of reps from the previous set. What's amazing was while this pre-workout cocktail was still working it's way through my body and kicking in, I was getting better, not worse in the number of reps I could do. It was insane but set one of a particular exercise I about 15 reps until I failed. Set two was only able to complete 12 reps. Then I took about a five minutes break because my kid needed something. When I went back to do set three I was able to do 22 reps. I was like WTF?!!! Then there was the very noticeable mental focus. Most of the time with stuff like that I'm wondering if it's just my imagination or if I'm actually experiencing a boost in focus. With this there was absolutely no ambiguity. It was amazing. Thank for the video.

I have seen in many places that creatine and coffee/caffeine should not be taken together because the creatine is expelled very quickly. Is this wrong? If not, is it the caffeine or another compound in the coffee causing the problem? Would decaf coffee be useful here? You usually refer to coffee and caffeine together in the same presentation. If I am drinking decaf will it be useful when you call for "caffeine" as in above? Thank you for your valuable content, it has changed my life.
