Also, I had query on Multiple schedules example 3 Shifts (Flexible shifts) for one employee can come anytime during the day, based on Clock In time system should select appropriate schedule automatically from the schedules allocated to the emp. Is it possible on Kronos with standard setup having any Thresholds?
I don't think with standard setup it's possible, however you could assign 3 shifts to the employee and based on the punches the system can identify to which schedule the punch should be tagged to
With a Make-up work rule you can pay for the actual time worked at a different rate or pay code. For example - The shift guarantee is two hours, but employee worked for 30 minutes. You can select a work rule that pays employees double time for the 30 minutes and the regular base wage for the remaining time.
Reduce by amount. When I deviate from work schedule and not crossing the minimum Hours of shift deviation then it will reduce amount ? Little clarification needed.
