You should be looking at the 2017 Hamas charter not the founding charter. The Likud founding charter says it wants to eliminate any Palestinian state or group - would we hold that against Israel? I don’t think so.

You should be looking at the 2017 Hamas charter not the founding charter. The Likud founding charter says it wants to eliminate any Palestinian state or group - would we hold that against Israel? I don’t think so.
A. No, that's not what the Likud charter says. It only says there shouldn't be a Palestinian state. Nothing about eliminating anyone. Stop lying.
B. Even if it did say that, you should then be condemning the Likud party, not Israel.
On the one hand you show Hamas' charter as justification to condemn HAMAS (a specific organization), on the other hand you show the Likud charter (a specific organization) as a supposed justification to condemn an entire country.
To make this "equation" of yours actually equal, you either have to claim that Hamas represents all the Palestinians, thereby implicating all of them in the atrocities that Hamas consistently does, or you'll have to differentiate between the specific organizations and the larger group those organizations operate in, thereby admitting that the Likud party does not represent Israel, at which point this whole argument just falls apart.
But, most importantly...
C. The Likud party does NOT GO AROUND MURDERING PALESTINIAN CIVILIANS.
You're entirely missing the whole point of pointing at the Hamas charter, which is to say that Hamas is not only doing the crime but also bragging about it.
The key factor in that argument is the fact that Hamas is DOING THE CRIME.
So even if the Likud charter did say what you're claiming it says (which it doesn't), it would still not mean the same as the Hamas charter, because doing the crime and bragging about it Is far FAR worse then just bragging about it.
You could go around saying "I wish I could rob all the banks in the world", and in most democratic countries, nothing will happen to you. But if you rob one bank, you'll be sentenced for a long period of "meditation" in a state funded facility.
So it's the doing that matters most, not the declaring. That's just the icing on the cake.

The "Amalek speech" was SPECIFICALLY about Hamas. The anti-Israel mob immediately took it out of context, is they always do. But it was never about wiping out all Palestinians. It was ONLY about wiping out Hamas.
I'm having a hard time believing that I'm defending Netanyahu here, because I'm usually most critical of him and his government. But I can't stand these manipulations and false claims, even when they're directed at someone I don't generally appreciate very much.
The fact thay the ICC said anything at all is not proof. The ICC is far from and objective judicial system. It has been hijacked by opportunists, tyrants and idealogs with an agenda. Just like the UN general assembly.
Having an arrest warrant issued against you bu the ICC says nothing about you. It only points to the countries and organizations who found how to game the system against you.
So what matters to this discussion is what's actually happening in Gaza, on the ground, right now. Not all the noise and BS that the Muslim propaganda machine tries to churn out in every possible way.
And the thing that's happening is a war. Nothing less, but also nothing more. Just a war between a sovereign democracy that does it's best to adhere to the rules of fair battle, and a terror organization that does it's best to break every possible rule and play the fairness of the other side to its advantage.
We know that this is happening because we can see that the combatant to civilian casualty ratio in this war is lower than every single war in the last several decades, and especially wars that were fought in dense urban areas.
And we know this also because every real military expert who actually bothered to visit the area and see with their own eyes says that the IDF is EXTREMELY careful and precise.
And we also know this because there's endless evidence of the IDF's efforts in warning civilians, giving them days and weeks to evacuate, sending millions of direct test messages, dropping leaflets, calling people on thei cellphones, sending drones with megaphones... All in an effort to REDUCE civilian casualties on the Palestinian side.
Which would perfectly explain the aforementioned low rate of civilian casualties, and completely contradict the "genocide" theory.
Alsl, BTW, how come there's no "genocide" in the West Bank? Isn't it also full of Palestinians? Isn't also under Israel's supposed control? How come the evil Likud party isn't commiting any genocide there?
So the actual facts on the ground completely contradict this false narrative. All you have left to defend it is opinions. And I don't care how sexy the organization coming up with the opinions might look to you. An opinion is just an opinion.

I really hate those "gate schooled" titles. Forgive me Armin, but there is no one getting schooled anywhere. You can see the same exact clips in some pro Islamic channel with the same title "Israeli NPC is getting schooled" or whatever. No one listens to each other. Those people come to say their own pov, and that's it. They brace for impact,and think how to refute the other debater. There is no opening for listening here. Same for the crowd, they are split in teams and rooting for their guys.
So those titles " getting schooled" is just indicative of gung ho, attempt for rooting for their home team, and no where is understanding of the other side is to be found.
Maybe some poor block have a seed of doubt in his mind after those debates, but those blocks are of zero importance, and have no power to change anything.
