I have a 2017 SX and absolutely love it. I may get a 2020 somewhere down the line, but I’m enjoying this one. Love the tailgate feature, love the panoramic sunroof, seats are comfortable, it’s Peppy...and on and on
Yeah, the new model is a different look it's going to be interesting to see how many people like the new vs. the current model. I'm looking forward to seeing the new model in person. I think the other thing to keep in mind is that if you want a more base unit and you like the look of the current models than this one might be the best buy for you, where if you want the latest technology, the upcoming model looks like it will be loaded with tech.

Have the 2020 EX Sorento and thought some things were standard but did not come on mine. Is it standard to get cargo privacy screen? Also another question mine does not have smart link either but does have smart cruise control can you put a toll road transponder at bottom of visor area or is it blocking any of the safety features?
We're based in Canada, so there may be some differences if you're not in Canada. The cargo cover that you're talking about is only available on higher trim levels. As far as a toll road transponder interacting with safety features, anything that it could interfere with is buried behind the mirror, so you shouldn't have any issue with that as those are protected and you can't get to them without disassembling the plastic shrouding.
So No v6 option on the 2021 redesign? I like the 2021 body design over the 2020 but if there is no v6 then I’m happy I got the 2020 S trim for 33k with an additional 4K off msrp

There is a BLACK EDITION trim line that is purely a style option for this vehicle. The Black wheels are larger than an EX would typically get, they're the same size as the SX wheels.

I bought this 2020 sorento and it does not have the trunk lift or the warm steering or the sun roof, why do we pay so much for a car and then has to pay lots more to add features. This is misleading sales
I don't know if your criticism is directed at me or not, but we're always very upfront with our pricing, and our sales team is excellent at making sure that everyone knows exactly the features of the car that they are getting. I don't think our dealership is being misleading at all with our videos.
It can. You can get a remote start added at time of purchase, or if you have a model with UVO Intelligence, you can get remote start through an app on your cell phone.

The head lights are they hid or led
LED headlights are standard on the SX trim. All models have LED daytime running lights.

The 6 Cylinder can tow 5000 lbs, and the 4 cylinder can tow 2000 lbs.
