I quite like the Metrocity ones too, the ones igo had near me were lovely before they went under, Allison gearboxes and 6 pot Cummins engines, those things flew!
@@DJenerate I believe that if you're on about the Yorkshire Tiger ones, they are the optare Solos. But yes I do agree that the cummins Allison solos are absolute whippets

Does the contactless payment facility work? I got on an Arriva bus the other day with the same ticket machine and the driver didn't have a clue on how to take my contactless payment. Don't know what it is with bus drivers always acting like you've just pissed on their kids if you want to pay by contactless or heavens forbid a sterling note.
Lee Noble I’ve never had a problem with the contactless payments, intact I prefer then and try to always advise people it’s much easier! Some drivers don’t attend ticket training and are left clueless at the side of the road 😂😂

Gary Charles this one is the worst in terms of rattling! Normally it gets parked up until I have a change over! Drivers shouldn’t spend 5.5 hours on these as they are damaging to our ears 😌😌

Great video Shaun, I personally think that the optare Tempos are amazing busses because of the merc engine and Allison gearbox combo
