Looking for brand-new Woodstock GA homes for sale? Have you seen the Wynstone Plan by DAvid Weekley Homes in Havencroft? Havencroft is a brand-new neighborhood coming out of the dirt in Woodstock, GA. It was originally started by Kerley Family Homes, who built 3 homes (all previously featured on this channel). Then, seemingly out of nowhere, they sold the remaining 69 homesites to David Weekley Homes. The previous builder sold their 3 homes for $679.9K, $684.9K and $689.9K. The question on everyone's minds is whether or not David Weekley Homes will raise prices in the neighborhood. Spoiler alert, they have! This house seems so much smaller upstairs. The downstairs is nice. I'd get rid of the carpet throughout, though. It would be wonderful to choose options to get what one desires. I bet you have fun every tour. Thank you taking us with you❤

I love your videos. and this home is gorgeous of course with all the upgrades. We are looking for slab with north facing house. Is there anything available in that community? What are the schools?
Thank you kindly! There are many north facing lots on slabs available in Havencroft. The schools are: Little River Elementary School, Mill Creek Middle School, and River Ridge High School. Home prices in GA are just way too high. Who has that kind of money?
These all end up selling so people have the money but I have been thinking the same thing recently. With home values and interest rates up, home affordability is half what it was 4 years ago. Housing payments have doubled in that span.

Houses are too closes for the price
They are definitely very close
Master bath is pretty basic for the price... Rest of the house is nice tho

It's small for one, doesn't look very luxurious.
