Would have been more helpful to show how to rearrange a row. there's a three column layout, and you didn't show how to make it one column. Something like that is more useful for customizing.
Its the same prices. However, the theme is if you want all the benefits. However, if you have a theme that you like, and you just want the page builder then that is why you would just want the builder.

I was playing around with the builder and i was kinda frustrated with the lack of custumazition you can do between rows. Your control is not that heavy like spacing and markings between items. This is super annoying as a web designer. (my client reguire this service)
