Hi Cindy - Agree with you - I believe Lucy is the best vocalist in the world at the arthritic age of 20. She is amazing. She is so well suited for the stage and musicals - but she has shown she can sing any genre of song and just do it beautifully. This performance is a good example of that. Unfortunately Lucy's voice isn't in sync with the video!,as for Lucy's performance,she puts this cover across as if she was 26 rather than 16!,so mature!,& yes a stunning rendition!😊.Ps don't know if Lucy is the best out there,but she is certainly my favourite,she is a very gifted vocalist & human being!😊
