- Since the day of my surgery, I've had a strong craving for sweets, prompting us to develop these 100% natural gummies, jam packed with benefits for our digestive health!
Sea moss, a celebrated superfood, is loaded with essential vitamins, minerals, fiber, proteins, and antioxidants.
🪸Sea Moss Jelly:
* Sea moss
* Water
Instructions 🥣:
* Soak the sea moss overnight.
* The day after, add the moss to a pan, covering it with water (you can use the same water from soaking as long as it completely covers the sea moss).
* Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the sea moss has melted almost completely. There may still be a few bits, but no worries.
* Blend the sea moss with the boiled water until smooth.
* Add to an airtight jar; it’ll last in the fridge for up to a week or more.
* Use the gelatin in smoothies, porridge, or soups.
🫐🥝🍊Jellies:
* 1 cup fruit juice
* 2 tbsp agar agar
* 3 tbsp sea moss jelly
* 2 tbsp agave or honey
Instructions 🥣:
* In a pan, add the juice and agar agar, stirring on low heat until dissolved.
* Add the sea moss gelatin and your choice of sweetener, whisking until combined and all lumps have dissolved.
* It should now turn into a thicker consistency.
* Use pipettes to pour the mixture into your molds.
* Let it set for about 20 minutes.
* Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for around a week or more.

The algae is the would be the same even if bought in powder in form and would be better since you can buy it more in bulk . And fruit concentrate is usually just a healthy and cheaper

A tip- when soaking the sea moss, put it in water with limes. Squeeze in some of the lime juice. Sea moss kinda has that aquatic taste and smell, and can be off-putting. The lime will help reduce it. 😉
I was wondering about that.. does it have a seaweedy type of taste & smell???
Not only that but the lime further alkalizes it.

@@islanddryadYes, easily. Add thc distillate to the recipe via dropper. Probably in the mold setting stage but perhaps at a different point in the recipe.

I think You’d be surprised how unhealthy some of the oldest people to live, lived their lives, lol
Without any accidents, this guy will definitely live longer than average, but sadly genetics play the main role in how long someone will live. You can extend your life by staying healthy your entire life, but there are always some people that are unhealthy their entire lives, but just have op genetics. My grandpa smoked his entire life from the age of 9, and is still alive and appears well off at nearly 85, and I have a great great uncle who’s 105 who smoked for most his life.

Fruits contain pectin, sea moss contain carrageenan, bones, eyes, penises, etc. contain gelatine, and some red algae like ogonori and tengusa contains the polysaccharides that make up agar-agar. Neither can be made into each other, but all can create great consistancy!

Not at all, the taste sweet and depending on the juice you add they get that flavour. You can even add more agave or maple syrup to make it more sweet

Some of us have to do no added sugar. Instead of sugar, use stevia or monkfruit.
