Not at all, he was not better than Tsonga / Monfils / Gasquet, he reached like only One QF in GS only while his friends reached atleast 2 Semi final each. Simon was a though player but he's never been able to make it far in GS or even in M1000 he has like 1 Final, he's not the most underrated at all, even if he can be a bit underrated but that's all.
