This is such a good summary guys, thanks from the UK. I snapped up the Pro 4 here and I am in love already ... I've run my last 3 marathons in the Adidas Pro 3 but the Saucony will be my race shoe for London in April
Great review, very useful, thanks! I only run 3 times / week (so not daily). Would you say that the Pro 4 is still too stiff to be used as training shoes in that case? Or should I be better off going for the Speed 4? Thanks
Our friends in the physio/podiatry world would almost ALL say to go the way of the endorphin speed, purely because a carbon plated shoe can be harsh for all your running (higher risk of injury) . We would say if you are running for enjoyment, go the speed 4. If you push yourself on each run (wanting to run faster) , go the pro 4
Thanks for the summary guys! I've been running for about a year now, have done some 10k races and have my first half in 6 weeks. Ive been training with the speeds but debating if I should get a carbon plate shoe, do you think its worth getting the pro 4 for my first half? Just targeting at 1:50 time
It's been cut from the range it seems. If you liked the shift, keep an eye out for the Triumph 22 in July . It's got alot of similarities but with a fantastic midsole material (the shift had traditional EVA foam). Hope that helps!

elite 4? only 2 v came out !
Which shoe would you choose for a road mile?
I personally would choose speed, I feel like pro is more meant as a marathon shoe
You labeled that the Elite 4 with a banner on the screen. I'm very confused. When did they make the Elite 1, 2, and 3?
It was an error in editing - its still the same V1 😊
How many colourways of the speed will be available on release?
In Mens there will be 4, In Womens there will be 3
Want a shift 4 instead so I'm not using a big ugly shoe like Hoka for walking comfort.
I want a pair look good hope it perform as good
so no Shift 4?
Believe Saucony may be re packaging the Shift and releasing it this summer as the Hurricane alongside the Triumph 22.
