I BOUGHT A HOUSE!

I’m thrilled to share some incredible news with you today... I just bought a house! This isn't just any house-it's the place where dreams become reality. Y'all know my motto, ‘Dream it. do it.’ and this house is the perfect example of that. It’s been a journey filled with vision, planning, and a lot of hard work, but here we are, standing at the doorstep of this amazing new adventure. From the initial dream to actually holding these keys in my hand, it’s all about believing in yourself and making it happen. So, come along as we step inside and explore this new space. I can’t wait to show you what’s in store and share all the plans I have to turn this house into my dream home. Let’s dive in!

Exciting to get going on your own property. I would definitely check on the posts for that elevated porch. Many of those are done by the homeowner and the footings and / or connecting braces can be done poorly which is dangerous. Especially if you plan to have a bunch of people out there. Just last week a porch collapsed on Cape Cod and 7 people went to the hospital. In 2002 13 people were killed in Chicago when a balcony collapsed..

This was so much fun to watch. Can't wait to see the transformation. I'm assuming you'll be taking the kitchen "chandelier" out:) Also, in time make sure you get a handrailing for the stairs leading to the front door...just in case Coach and I ever get your way🤣 What an amazing accomplishment!!

Don't forget to leave a space for a kitchen table. They may have just used bedside table lamps in the bedrooms. without lights in the ceiling fans.
