- The S10 looks SO GOOD With the updated front end swap! I have always wanted to swap the 1991-1993 front end onto this truck and I'm stoked we finally did it!

I’ve used lmc truck for a while myself. Used them for a lot of stuff on my 78 chevy k10, currently using them for stuff for my 96 f250, and they make parts for a lot of older trucks, and even some newer trucks
Go for an even cleaner look and get chrome silver amber indicator bulbs. When off they are chrome so disappear in the lights
Hey dude you should have that grill ok with the V8 they tend to over heat with that grill they have less air flow, I would recommend a GMC grill
Ask gutted creations he knows these trucks inside and out

Yo. When you paint the truck (Assuming you're going to paint it yourself) you should check out restoration shop paints. They have nice pearls in single stage and a ton of sick options in base clear

I want to do the exact opposite. I have a '93, and I want to put an '80s grille on it. But it's a lot harder to do that than switch the older grill for the newer one. My truck is/was a Taho, and it came with vinyl side molding all the way around, which I was able to remove without damaging the paint. I left the chrome fender trim. The bumpers had rub strips. I replaced the chrome front grill decades ago with a GLOSS black '93 style from a Chevy dealer, so it is real GM. I replaced the front bumper with a chrome one from LMC, with no holes for rub strips. I replaced the gold Chevy emblem with a chrome one. I put a GLOSS black 2 1/2" cowl hood on it, and put chrome trim all the way around the edges of the black grille. silver racing stripes on the black hood, hood pins, and '72 Chevelle cowl induction emblems. I did not lower it. It needs to be drivable. I have 225/70-14 RWL BFG Radial T/As on the front, and huge 275/60-15 Radial T/As on the rear, on GLOSS black and chrome US Wheel Type 94 modular wheels, 14x6 front and 15x8 rear. But the big deal is under the hood. I built a carbureted 383 V8 (bored and stroked 350) old school small block, a 1969 Muncie 4 speed "rock crusher" transmission, and an 8.8 Ford 3.73 Track-Lok rear end (same as GM PosiTraction) Still has the original 31 year old light tan paint, in mint condition. Only has 41,000 miles on it. Rust free AZ truck, always garaged.

I started driving in 1980...back then, everybody traded black bumpers, grills etc. for chrome. And it looked awesome. Problem is all cars now are built without bumpers including trucks...that’s why the dime project excites me! Can’t wait to see it completed.

i wanted to buy something sooo bad, but the shipping to denmark is 52$, and then there is taxes, so arround a 110$ for a hoodie.... And i just dont think its worth it because then i dont support you so much...
You definitely need to fix the passenger side alignment. It hangs down too low and it makes it look bent. Probably that support bracket you had flopping around needs to be fixed which would get rid of that weird twist on the passenger side where it wraps around. Other than that, looks good my dude. Not a fan of chrome but the pictures you showed has me feeling better about your direction.

I think it’s the vertical chrome lines is what is throwing the look off. They need to be blacked out/cut out.

I really don't like the chrome rn, but i guess it's just the fact that the chrome part is brand new, instead of the whole rest of the truck being, a little bit old i would say, can't wait to see more on this car tho.
