Honourable ministry FCI is running only with 37% staff,, 63% of more staff is needed to complete all the goals desired by government..no doubt improvement is necessary for the growth of nation and it is welcomed by all but please first of all fill up the desired manpower and increase the salary of working staff at assistant cadre..the salary is as much low that the newly recruited staff lost his desires to achieve goals and feeling cheated...and FCI is the department where work is going on 24 hrs..one person is handling the work of four persons without getting satisfactory salary..i request that all the schemes and programs can only be success if the roots are strong so please look at your roots and that is ASSISTANT CADRE..nothing can be achieved if only management and top management level will be treated well and get all the facilities ...first look at roots and try to understand the basic things and what is desired...consider employees(assistant cadre) genuine demands and then you will achieve what you want very fast.
