I fall asleep ALL the time to Ear Biscuits podcast. It takes me the whole week to finish the episode. Multiple starts. I would love them to read me a story. Especially Link when he’s not trying. He’s soothing. Rhett has the radio voice and knows it. They are both better when just talking not trying to be sleepy.

I have severe anxiety that makes me physically ill sometimes. Mornings are extra hard and I usually put on ear biscuits to help me re-center and relax enough to sleep. You’re guys conversation just feel so soothing
I 100% feel you. I get really bad nighttime anxiety with a million overwhelming thoughts that don't make it at all easy to fall asleep. To me it is comparable to Christmas time when i was little. you go to bed but still hear the adults talking and laughing and it's soothing in a weird &indescribable type of way.
I've been to the Key West several times. I've also been to Fantasy Festival. I totally agree with Rhett and his wife. So much body positivity, it's really a freeing thing. I would honestly recommend going to Key West whenever possible. So much to see, the architecture of the old buildings, seeing the locals and hearing their stories. Everyone is always so friendly! The food is fantastic. It's absolutely wonderful.
What link said was very true, i fall asleep listening to ear biscuits. Ever since a certain event occurred its been really hard for me to sleep, Rhett and Link's podcast really helps for real.

As someone born and raised in Miami who spent entire summers in the Keys, it's so refreshing to hear from someone who isn't familiar with the area...It's crazy to me (in the best way possible) that not everybody knows about the Seven Mile Bridge and the Southernmost Point buoy🥺
And what Fantasy fest is, and the unique lifestyle that people in South Florida have. I'm a Miami native as well, and have been to Key West a few times. Rhett's wide eyed wonderment is super fun to see. I'm glad he had a good time.
Feeling called out by the ‘people fall asleep to ear biscuits’ because it’s my go-to falling asleep noise. Not because it’s boring but because I can’t sleep in silence and it’s just a nice volume and is also something interesting I don’t have to keep my eyes open and end up distracted by.
i did not realize that there were so many people who fall asleep to ear biscuits 😅 to be fair, i had to stop because im a VERY VIVID dreamer and could still hear the podcast when i’m dreaming (which is really bizarre btw… the things they say occur in the dream but it’s fuzzier and weird, i could rewind the podcast when i’m awake and remember exactly what they said from the dream). that in itself is fine, kinda fun, like guided dreaming. but when it’s time to wake up, my brain is thrown off by still being able to “hear” the dream, and long story short it made my sleep paralysis worse lol
My husband and I went to Key west as a 24 and 29 year old. It was one of the most fun vacations we ever had. 10/10 recommend flying monkeys! Loved the older population. The lack of a younger crowd was awesome. Everyone was SO nice and chill. Had so much fun!

Yeah, I remember mentioning a year or 2 ago that I found this show soothingly, relaxing. So much so that I tend to dip into a bit of a nap, in a good way. I go back to watch what I miss but yeah, I find it really relaxing. Thank you guy's.

Having lived/live in Key West I loved hearing about all the places Rhett went to. I’d love to find out which restaurants you guys went to bc there are a ton that have amazing food. Also highly recommend venturing up the Keys and seeing some of the state parks and going snorkeling at the reefs, specifically Looe Key Reef

My friends went to Fantasy Fest one year, and one of them had the ol' boobaloob paint job done! She had hers painted to look like a sports jersey. This was like 15 years ago, but it's a sight you never forget.
My nightly routine is listening to ear biscuits! I usually get 3 or 4 nights out of each episode as I fall asleep before it's finished so I go back to it until I finish the whole episode! 🙃

When I was a kid we drove to Key West from Indiana- It legit took 24 hours. I’ll always remember the gorgeous water, salty air, and being ‘in the southern most point of the continental US’. Pretty neat.
My husband and I were in Key West the weekend before you for his 50th birthday! First time there for both of us. We did do the drive from the Miami airport and it was beautiful. It is a vacation destination I would definitely go back to! Maybe next year we will have to go down during fantasy fest week lol

I am just getting around to this episode. Key West is my favorite place ever. I've said since I was a teen that I will retire there one day. I would take my kids now, as I went with my parents as a young person, multiple times. I'm no booby glitter lady, but I'll hang out with glitter boobs and sock guys. So glad you loved it. Glad you and your wife had fun Rhett! My girlfriend and I visited Key West back in August. Missed you by about three months lol. Definitely a place full of nooks and crannies. There is a Mel Fisher maritime museum there, it’s a pretty cool spot. If you go back you should check it out.

I literally just now put this on to fall asleep to😂😂 then when I wake up, I listen again while I go about my day...some of the time it reminds me of the dreams I had the night before because my dreams sometimes correlate with the podcasts 😊
This is so ironic. My wife and I went to key west on October 18th through the 20th. For our anniversary. We were disappointed by the beach. We thought it was a beautiful white sandy beach but it was mainly a fishing town. We did have fun and drink too much. We tracked our steps and turned out we walked all the way around the island over our stay. Wish we could've saw you. But you was there the week after. Plus we're 33 and it was our 9th anniversary
the wife and I's first double kayak trip lasted about 10 minutes in Maryland. We started paddling out, she couldnt comprehend the syncing of paddling, I got out and walked us to shore. It was god awful. Our only other time was in the Caribbean where there was a floating bar out in the bay. She didnt get a paddle that time. I paddled us out but then had to coax her into getting out of the kayak so we could sit down at the bar.
I put on ear biscuits every night to fall asleep but every morning I will re listen to your stories because I feel like I missed put on the entertainment factor
Key West is one of my favorite vacation spots. It's very nice & relaxing, this was a great episode. Also highly recommend a day or camping trip to dry tortugas for kayaking or snorkeling.
so i've listened to this episode over ten times (i like the holiday/trip episodes most, usually put the same ones on when im working or in the bath, etc.) and every time i got as confused as link when he said "have you even said where you were?" and rhett said "i did say where i was" cos i was SURE he didn't and i had never heard of key west before in my life. after finally re-checking and paying super close attention to the video format, HE DIDN'T! This is so ironic. My wife and I went to key west on October 18th through the 20th. For our anniversary. We were disappointed by the beach. We thought it was a beautiful white sandy beach but it was mainly a fishing town. We did have fun and drink too much. We tracked our steps and turned out we walked all the way around the island over our stay. Wish we could've saw you. But you was there the week after. Plus we're 33 and it was our 9th anniversary

the wife and I's first double kayak trip lasted about 10 minutes in Maryland. We started paddling out, she couldnt comprehend the syncing of paddling, I got out and walked us to shore. It was god awful. Our only other time was in the Caribbean where there was a floating bar out in the bay. She didnt get a paddle that time. I paddled us out but then had to coax her into getting out of the kayak so we could sit down at the bar.
I put on ear biscuits every night to fall asleep but every morning I will re listen to your stories because I feel like I missed put on the entertainment factor
I usually fall asleep to GMM and auto play eventually leads to ear biscuits episodes.
I don't know how people fall asleep to podcasts I'm always to interested in the conversations

Yep here in florida they always have the key lime pie on a stick at the fair, it’s so good. Also a local shop in my town makes it

Key West is one of my favorite vacation spots. It's very nice & relaxing, this was a great episode.
Also highly recommend a day or camping trip to dry tortugas for kayaking or snorkeling.

so i've listened to this episode over ten times (i like the holiday/trip episodes most, usually put the same ones on when im working or in the bath, etc.) and every time i got as confused as link when he said "have you even said where you were?" and rhett said "i did say where i was" cos i was SURE he didn't and i had never heard of key west before in my life. after finally re-checking and paying super close attention to the video format, HE DIDN'T! XDDD link was in the right all along! lmao not rhett gaslighting link into thinking he has a listening problem and going so hard for him 😭
I can't believe I have been to a place that Rhett hadn't! I go to Key West for a winter sales meeting for my job. Incredible place!
Just got back from Key Largo for 5 weeks and made the 100 mile drive to key west! We do this every year!

Should come up to the upper peninsula of Michigan for a summer. The trip will definitely be worth it

It is !!!! Everyone should visit at least once. Sunset on Mallory Square is an amazing event not to be missed.

daniel lineham is a cool ass dude i met in key west earlier this year. i stopped and talked to him then ended up buying 2 prints off him which are hanging on my wall now. after i bought the prints we smoked a bowl in his sharpie van and then he gave me a cigarette. i love that rhett talked about him and it made me so happy to hear
