I am Brazilian and I find Egypt incredible and very receptive to non-Islamic tourists, I was there in 2016 and I was treated like gold, when I said that I was Brazilian some people did not know where Brazil was or anything about, but many of them knows alot about and showed a lot of interest in Brazil, football and things like that I found this interesting, they literally made me and my family feels in home, I had so much fun, I didn’t know that football was able to bring people together that much, I intend to return to Egypt soon. meanwhile in Italy I wasn't feeling welcome only because of my skin colour they treated me rude.

Just found this video! It's truly impressive what this administration in Egypt was able to accomplish. It's been over 30 years, that Cairo was due for a relocation. AlSisi did it in his first term despite the HUGE challenges the country is facing. One arm fighting terrorism, the other building! This is one out of 20 new cities being built all over egypt connected by a new 7000km 6+ lanes road network (finished), while adding 30gwh to our power grid making 20% of egypt's power renewable (finished). While demolishing entire slums and rebuilding new decent neibourhoods in the old cities, adding 5000 new schools, 300 new hospitals, upgrading our old road network, with an average of finishing 1 bridge every week for the past 5 years ( i s.!t you not) and modernizing our entire armed forces while we are at it. 😂 Don't think that this is easy though, it's continuous work 24/7 for the past 6 years all over egypt coupled with economic reform, austerity measures while fighting regional and internal threats.

Haha. In Kazakhstan, we made a new capital and city in 1998. Now it’s 22 years old. Google what it looks like and what it has to offer. Nur-Sultan(Astana). It’s still brand new and has many futuristic buildings and a lot of skyscrapers. Check out also EXPO-2017 Astana(huge international exhibition). But anyway I really like the fact that Egypt decided to make their own brand new city! I wish them luck from Kazakhstan!

I am Brazilian and I find Egypt incredible and very receptive to non-Islamic tourists, I was there in 2016 and I was treated like gold, when I said that I was Brazilian some people did not know where Brazil was or anything about, but many of them knows alot about and showed a lot of interest in Brazil, football and things like that I found this interesting, they literally made me and my family feels in home, I had so much fun, I didn’t know that football was able to bring people together that much, I intend to return to Egypt soon. meanwhile in Italy I wasn't feeling welcome only because of my skin colour they treated me rude.

This is only a fraction of what we are doing at the moment. This is one out of 20 new cities being built all over egypt connected by a new 7000km 6+ lanes road network (finished), while adding 30gwh to our power grid making 20% of egypt's power renewable (finished). While demolishing entire slums and rebuilding new decent neibourhoods in the old cities, adding 5000 new schools, 300 new hospitals, upgrading our old road network, with an average of finishing 1 bridge every week for the past 5 years ( i s.!t you not) and modernizing our entire armed forces while we are at it. 😂
Don't think that this is easy though, it's continuous work 24/7 for the past 6 years all over egypt coupled with economic reform, austerity measures while fighting regional and internal threats.

I have been supplying building materials to it since 2017. First phase took long cause it was from scratch. Nothing but sand, no power plants, roads, sewage etc...once the gov relocate it will go even faster, it's not linear it's exponential.

Haha. In Kazakhstan, we made a new capital and city in 1998. Now it’s 22 years old. Google what it looks like and what it has to offer. Nur-Sultan(Astana). It’s still brand new and has many futuristic buildings and a lot of skyscrapers. Check out also EXPO-2017 Astana(huge international exhibition). But anyway I really like the fact that Egypt decided to make their own brand new city! I wish them luck from Kazakhstan!
