theyre not underrated at all. their fanbase is massive in comparison to when he came one the scene. I been a fan since the beginning, and I mean they came on the scene. Like they straight nutted on the whole scene, every fucking metalcore guitarist wants to be jesse cash nowadays
my mother died in a car accident just 18 days ago. i just cant tell how much this song helps me through these desperate times. i was afraid im going to commit a suicide at first but then the song told me that if the one who is closest to you is lost, they never die in your heart. to lose what is closest to me is the end of my beginning. yes. the world will never be the same again. but this is a sign for a new beginning. so dont give up on life, there are still people around you that love you.

This bands grown so much- favorite band to date- great drumming - super technical yet melodic guitar- heartfelt lyricism- great clean vocals and melodies, hard hitting parts and soft beautiful parts- this band deserves to make it big time- and talent wise they smoke 90% of the bands in this genre to date- so fucking good.
I can honestly say that ERRA is one of those bands that peaked so damn early, I love Impulse and Augment so much. 2 masterpiece albums, and you get the sense from the video that they actually like the music they are performing, and just being around each other, shame Alan and Garrison left the band a few years ago.
Jesse and Alex have still very much kept the OG Erra sound in the newer albums as well though. Impulse and Augment are definitely amazing albums, but I wouldn't say they peaked back then.
@@brandonsheets1723 They definitely peaked early man. Whether it’s Andromeda, Impulse or Augment is up to the individual, but it’s hard to argue against how irreplacable Alan’s songwriting was.
@@MrPatrickbuit year late lol, but I think it really depends on which Erra you like more. They have a really unique sound in either era (pun intended). But they are far more experimental now imo, and I think that’s refreshing for a genre which for me had began to grow a little bit stale over the years.
My dad just passed away because of cancer last month, his heartbeats stopped before we get to the hospital..... regrets that we weren't be able to stay by his side at the very last moment, and this song has a different meaning now, rest in peace, dad.
I found this cool to see the guys playing with no artificial additional moves such as forcing them with headbanging or another crabcore position... i found it cool
Dude same. Erra hasn't been the same since he and Alan left. Moments of Clarity was alright but after that every track has been a clone of one another. It's really sad tbh
Great album, great documentary. Glad to listen to these guys on a weekly basis. They have so much talent! The new album is amazing but I think they have something truly unique in store for us next album.
You probably don't even know all the bands on Sumerian. They are all better than the bands on Epitaph by far(except AA, CTC, ISS, Body Count, and Borgore). But bands like Animals as Leaders, After the Burial, The Faceless, pretty much every band besides those exceptions up there^ are amazing and extremely talented.
+Cooshna Yeshen Swear I've had the same vibe for his voice since I found this band 2 weeks ago. I also hear a hint of Saosin too. He's such an awesome singer.
Im sorry but Screamo is not a genre. It is a sub genre. There are many sub genres. Screamo is usually tied to metal and punk. Screamo is not a genre itself. Such an underrated band.

fuck yes. i started 3 years ago and im only growing a more dedicated fan ever since.
This aged well hahaha
i'm so so so grateful they never faded and fell off, they've only become bigger and better and created some amazing music honestly.

Heavily agree with you on that one, absolutely stunning band, A couple of boys who know how to give out some cracking metal. Fuck genre's.
Now is the perfect time to bring back Alan
The best progressive metalcore
Agree, but Architects are beasts too
@@waitingchen1553 nothing when compared to ERRA :)
i love how he smiles with that sick drum opening, murdering the game still 5 years later
8 years later and still my poor heart. Beautiful.
i definitely love the old Erra

still one of the greatest songs ever created in my opinion!
Every now and then I come back here to watch this and chase down the feeling like I felt the first time I heard this song, 10 fucking years ago.
you and me both
there is too much to say about this song it fills my head with regret and completed depression

That's something people need to talk about
I miss Garrison on vocals
Me too. Garrison has a solid emotion inside his speedy vocal, ERRA is not the same as I remembered anymore.
I hope he replaces their new guy. I know he won’t. But everything from his range and lyrics is better than the guy now. Thank god jesse stayed.

Great song guys! Keep the positive vibes flowin & ull go far. The mixture of singing & screaming is bad ass, love that shit!
This isn't exactly the best song to consider "positive vibes" man... If you don't know what this song is about, you should look it up.
I'm not saying the song is positive vibes, I'm say u guys as a band keep the vibes going cause ur music is on point in my book
Greg Scalf whats Heart about?
About the death of Alan's dad, the guitarist with glasses.
Greg Scalf whats positive is that the dude drew inspiration from his pain and made something beautiful with it
